As a clinical researcher, I find this program to be a great substitute for the usual spiral notebook!

so much better than carrying around the "not so little" notebook versions. any chance on getting ecog and karnofsky performance scals also?

Please add search capacity for iPad.

An interesting and easy to use app. Perhaps adding in more adverse event definitions would be helpful, such as thrombocytopenia and leukopenia.

The blood disorders section leaves out thrombocytopenia and leukopenia, for example.

Edit 2019. Revising as promised due to developer response. Search “dyspnea”, nothing comes up. “Breath” and dyspnea will show as a search result. Same with fever and most of the AEs I search for. Make titles of the AE terms somehow searchable and I will revise to 5 stars. Until then I’m looking for a different app.

Sadly, poorly designed. Can’t save favorites and search terms are tedious. For example, can’t just search ALT- you have to spell it out. Great concept to have CTC-AE 4 and 5 in one app with performance scales, but please make it more user friendly! For an app that costs 2.99, should be bettter.
