Price

Generally good drivers and availability but the pricing using this app is consistently 50-60% higher than just hailing one of the cabs. Downtown Chicago. Using cabs almost everyday, that becomes a big problem. Often higher than Lyft. Fix your pricing please.

More reliable than Uber. Easier to get a cab at ORD than an Uber. More predictable pricing.

Great ride

Comfortable, quick ride from LGA to Manhattan. Nice, clean cab, great driver.

Too much honking!

Traffic was bad, but made worse by our guy aggressively honking where there was obviously no where he could have moved. No need for that.

Back to the future

Uber gets worse and worse. Curb gets better and better.

Pretyy good. Pairing can be improved

Just use a QR code. There's so much friction for no reason. There should be a default payment type and QR code scanner so it's one tap

Amazing ride.

Highly recommend. Clean car. Curious driver. Smooth ride. Is there anything else? Oh yeah, the driver offered me a fresh water bottle. Just the best cab ride I have had ever.

Needs work and blocks usage sometimes

If I use this from my corporate office or on some wifi networks I get a blocking error saying it cannot be used outside of the US and I’m blocked unless I drop Wi-Fi, disable edge protection, and go only with LTE.

Can’t change payment method after pairing

It is so annoying that once you pair you cannot change your payment method, and the option to pick between payment methods is not presented as an option when pairing or prominently displayed on the Home Screen. I use for both personal and business use and when it goes on the wrong card it is a major paperwork headache. This should be an easy fix but has been this way forever. It leads me to mostly use Uber or Lyft instead, where it is an easy flip of a switch.

Apple Pay greyed out with no explanation

For some reason it won’t let me use Apple Pay and there’s no explanation of why.

Repeatedly would not accept destinations from their own pull down lists. Aggravating

So I was trying to plan a trip to NYC where this app for sure works (I think I chat GPT’d lololol) but it keeps telling that the app isn’t available in my country I think you should allow people to see how much prices are at the time of them planning their trip!! Like I was trying to do and it doesn’t allow me cause I’m not there! This makes people not use the app in my opinion! SOOOO maybe try changing that lol !! Thanks if you do between here and Friday let me know please!!!!

Stopped working after one day!

Used it for one day then it would not communicate. Forgot My CC info and then I couldn’t enter it again. I had a lot of trouble getting it to work, even after I reinstalled it. Forget about it!

Not working consistently

2 out 3 times trying to use the app to pay it does not work to connect to the cab.
