They are greedy . You have to drive. 30 to 40 miles to pick up. They only offer you 47.00 to carry 1000 to 1500 pds another 40 miles . No respect to the driver and the truck. You may get 2 loads in one day if you’re lucky. Not worth the wear and tear

I sent this to the appeals department on June 13, 2025. No one has yet to reach out to me. This is causing me to miss out on potential income opportunities. At this point I feel like it’s a good opportunity as a side hustle but the customer service on my issue has been nonexistent. “I believe my account has been mistakenly banned and now I am unable to receive rides. I have no previous violations and nothing occurred to my knowledge. Please fix this asap so I will be able to get back to work.
