11 Positive User Reviews for CVS Caremark

Password issue

When I sign in the password field does not invoke the password app in iOS.

App says iPhone is jailbroken

I’ve had this app for 2 years. It has always worked fine. However today it will not open because it says my phone is jailbroken. I do not think it is. Could it be something with this app?

9 Negative User Reviews for CVS Caremark

Basic AF

The app while works, is as basic as apps come. Could use a polishing up and modernizing. Also would love it if the app kept me signed in. Have to sign in every time I open the app.

Delivery Option Disappeared

I pay a monthly fee to have mail delivery available to me, but the app no longer gives me the delivery option. This has been very frustrating.

Frustrating

I don’t know what has happened to this app but it’s not user friendly like it used to be. I can’t find where to change my shipping address. The face login isn’t working. This app use to be so easy but not anymore. You really need to fix these things that shouldn’t be difficult at all!

If I wasn’t forced to use it…

The UX is poor. Too many modes and finding the right mode to change seething is tedious. 80% of the time when trying to change a delivery date the app just gives a cryptic “I can’t do that now” error with no explanation as to why or how to adjust it. Adding and removing meds from auto refill is painful, but it’s the only way to stop an order that’s too early. “Cancelling” an order also is just broken, it literally deletes the medication from your inventory.

Performance is bad

This app seems to spend all of its time in a loading mode until it times out and the you have to go through the full log in (Biometrics won’t work). It makes me truly miss ExpressScripts.

Not modern or convenient at all

This app does have some features that people may often use, but it doesn’t improve upon or serve as a good addition to using the website itself at all. The interface feels very dated, and there’s no way to track prior authorizations or easily access website features that you would expect to see within a companion app.

iPad OS sucka

The app looks really small, and is difficult to see because the screen ratio is off. Another thing I hate, is that the Apple password manager doesn't work with this app. It simply doesn't open up.

Missing basic functionality

This app is useful for adding your ID card to your Apple Wallet but beyond that it’s missing really basic things like viewing prior authorizations history & status, plan deductible/max out-of-pocket amounts, etc. Like basic insurance information users are looking for. It’s essentially a less useful version of the Caremark website so what’s the point? Do yourself a favor & stick to the website.

Help please

After the new iOS update for some reason my phone is saying that it’s jailbroken but it’s not please update the CVS Caremark app to work with the new update please and thank you
