CVS Pharmacy App Reviews

The app keeps changing which makes it difficult to navigate, mostly for the better but it seems to be a process to get there. Appreciate the ongoing effort!

The application is very laggy in terms of searching, and I’ve noticed when I scroll to look for items it always freezes and it takes me out the app, but other than that it’s ok.

Just started using it with the improvements. So far it is easy to use. Very handy.

It would be helpful if kept a record of receipts and purchases. It often says that I used my carepass coupon when I have no recollection of using it. It’s possible that a family member did but it would be nice to be able to check.

Finally using it and its very informative and helpful !

I can’t seem to access where to update profile info like my phone number or email.

The weekly step challenge rewards are not showing up on the app.

App a bit to clustered. I was unable to link my CVS card when attempting to make prepaid pickup payment If I did not have a CVS card, at that time I should’ve had an option to obtain one. Just an idea. Thanks. Eddie.

I got hung up on 4 times tryin to tal to pharmacist just needed to ask a question I will be changing my prescription to Publix you lost my money

I was having trouble with the app in the store not showing the discounts and use the coupons

The CVS app has everything with one touch. I love coupons and access to the weekly Advertisement. I connected my prescriptions and refill frequency. This app is a MUST use for all CVS Rewards members. Thank you CVS

In this inflation crazed world saving every penny is important and with this app you can load all the coupons you need straight to your card with the touch of your finger!! Only thing I think could make it easier for the consumer, if there was a download all or a select all button!!

Product search option needs improving. Tried to search for Powerade and Gatorade drinks with no luck.

The app never works Can’t even load the coupons onto my card.

Telephone consultants talk too fast, that deaf or hard of hearing patients can’t understand them! Please advise them about deaf seniors or adults like me, that they have to talk much slower, so that their patience will not be challenged! Thank you! Deaf patient
