I really like the app and the convenience it brings communicating about the kids with my husband and our caretaker. We can easily see what they ate, are they drinking enough water, if they had a BM, if they took any medicine and did they have an activity or incident. It makes it so much easier and ensures we are all aware of what happened and what needs to happen. I am hoping there are future improvements allowing entries for future days and also for recurring events eliminating the need to

Very helpful app!

The app is exactly what I was looking for to have easier handoffs to my nanny, but when I add my husband as a caregiver, it charges him as well. Not sure why each family member should pay for sharing the same account. Not sure if others have encountered this.

Hope to see video upload capability added soon.

I love it so far, but i just wish when i need to input anything for the childrens day, there was a selection for me to choose more than one child at a time instead of inputting one child's notes at a time. Its very inconvenient. Otherwise its good!

As a nanny, I would like to be able to have different check in times for different children. It would be a better way to track how much each parents owes

Instead of nagging my kid's nanny via text or phone, I can whip out my phone every once in a while to check on how their day is going. So helpful. This app changes everything!

With the options of meal, diaper, etc. there should be an ‘activity’, or something similar option. Ex: Tummy time Started: Ended: And maybe other options with it?

My nanny and I used this app today for the first time and we love it!

We’ve been using it with another mama for our nanny share and we love it! The nanny is always on top of it sending us updates and photos. It brightens my day and makes the transition back to work a little more seamless.

My nanny family and I both love this app. We do wish it had a calendar function though. Otherwise it’s easy to use!

As a nanny this is a great way to keep notes on what the kids are doing, eating, etc! The only suggestion I have is to make it so you can add multiple kids to the same meal/activity so I don’t have to put each activity/meal in four times!

New to this app! Has a lot of great ways to communicate with your nanny! It would be great if you could add reoccurring events like music class every week!

I’ve been in the field for 15 years. Hands down best app. Easy to use and has all the features you need for successful communication. They are working on a mileage reimbursement tool, and have great customer service.

I was not aware everyone, nanny and other parent, would have to purchase the app in order for them to post and view photos. I like it other than the need for everyone to buy the app in order for it to function as it should.

I was liking the app until this most recent update; now I get four simultaneous notifications with no info on any of them. “Baby drank a . Oz bottle at .” I don’t think it’s notifying me on naps either, which it used to. Also the interface is harder to look at now. I don’t care as much that she drank for 10 minutes, I’d rather see how much she drank, like it used to show. I’m sick of change for the sake of change, and not for the better. Annoying. Wish I could undo this crappy update.

I used to use this app all the time, but it’s currently not working with my new phone, and my boss had the exact same problem. Would love if we could start using this app wonderful app again! 🤍

I have to use this for my job but it constantly freezes up. It takes me 5 times to upload one picture. I have to keep refreshing the app. To Add anything else I have to take a deep breath and count to 7 because this app is getting on my last nerves.

Not user friendly. I just can’t figure out how to use this app. I have to put each day’s shift in one day at a time. I got this app so I would save time but it definitely doesn’t do that. I tried to add the weekly shift via the calendar as recommended by the developer, but that still didn’t work. When I enter a week of vacation at $0 it still calculates overtime for 104 hours even though I put the shift time as 9-5 at $0. If there was something better I’d get it instead.

This worked well at first but I can no longer delete or edit events. Now, it just repeats events we no longer attend. I emailed the developers about it but no change. No point in using the calendar (the essential communication tool with our nanny) in this app. We have had to regroup and find another means of communicating about the kids’ schedules. Very disappointing especially for a paid app.

Not clearly stated, but I can see the messages that our nanny had with a previous family. Haven’t found away to opt out and not allow other parents to view messages between the nanny and our family

This app was the best thing for me being a nanny keeping track of crazy hours and then out of nowhere started crashing for no apparent reason
