Where do you purchase “no ads” option?

The aggressive advertising of Royal Match makes me never ever want to play Royal Match ever. The “influencers” promoting it with their fake enthusiasm is the worst. Hate them.

I play everyday and I absolutely love it but the ads are annoying. Usually would pay for their to be no ads that option is way too expensive. I believe you can pay $8 monthly or pay $25, which gives you no ads and some coins. Other than that it's a really relaxing crossword experience.

Retired a bit over a year ago and this has been one of the things I do to unwind.

I usually love this app, but for some reason this morning I cannot open it up. The screen just goes black. I need a little tech support. Mary O.

I bought the ad free and I still have endless ads. Don’t waste your money.

There are way too many ads to get from puzzle to puzzle.

Great concept and execution. Would love to keep but cannot click what I assume is the CONTINUE/NEXT button. Too bad I cannot see the full screen on my full size iPad because the buttons on the bottom of the screen are covered over/blocked by a “click here GET” advertisement.

Why is the screen always black? We did the update and nothing?

I love this puzzle, but if suddenly froze up and won’t advance to the next puzzle. How do I fix this?

It keeps me sharp and I feel very proud of myself when I complete the puzzles. I only wish the ads were less often and that I have to essentially pay to play some games.

I am 71 and these puzzles make me think. My husband and I work them together in the evenings instead of watching TV, which is great since I broke my ankle and can’t dance...YET! Thank you, glad I found this.

I absolutely love the game, love doing it everyday, but there’s a reoccurring theme of the blatant N*zi symbol. Some are a bit questionable, but I just played one that is quite obvious. I understand there’s a possibility of one or two, maybe even if they’re randomized, but the amount I’ve seen is concerning.

Love the game but you have added way too many ads that is taking the fun out of the game. I mean while playing I had at least 7-8 ads on one puzzle! Back off some ok?

Yes I do buy coins to let me know if my answers are right- best way to work a crossword puzzle. The puzzles are challenging yet easy enough.

Love being able to complete a new crossword every day. The level of difficulty is great.

I really enjoyed playing the games. Since downloading my phone keeps freezing up. Sadly to say I deleted it.

Never thought I would like to do crossword puzzles but this app has changed my opinion ten times over!!!

Yes this has a LOT of ads, & they definitely relentlessly goad you into buying power-ups. But let’s face it, most games do this nowadays. The bigger issue is the lengthy, unskippable, frequent animations built into the game itself which serve no purpose and cause it to take twice as long to play as necessary. The puzzles re-use a lot of common short words and then hang them together on whatever pop culture references are the theme of the day so it gets repetitive pretty quickly.

After every crossword you are forced to watch a long ad.

I usually don’t write reviews but thought I would this time. I love the puzzles, the only thing is , I have done things for coins, and don’t get the coins! That’s a good way to make some people just quit playing the game, I did my part, u should do yours. The only other nay, I personally think 20 coins for showing wrong letters is to much! Everyone I’ve talked to about this agrees. We should get a break on that! Other than that I love the game! Puzzles aren’t to hard where u just give up! Keeps

I had this game for a long time now and I’m still having fun and love playing it everyday. Now I don’t mind about the ads but I have my phone on silence so I don’t disturb anyone else near me but why is it still making noise? It shouldn’t be doing that. I have to bring my volume way down too zero.

To be honest this game is really fun but in the ad it was TOTALLY DIFFERENT! Some of the questions were very confusing and INAPPROPRIATE LIKE HELLO A 7 YEAR OLD COULD BE PLAYING THIS! Plus in the ad it told me you could pick a theme but in the REAL game I couldn’t!

I never was good at crossword puzzles, but the more I play this the smarter I become. You too, can be the smartest person in the room because of this game.

The ads in this app are too aggressive. Sometimes it takes 5 minutes to exit the ad. I won’t buy any of these advertisements.

I play this game every day! Very enjoyable, and enlightening as well!

Would have given this app 5 stars, but I’m having a problem with the program stalling. It’s the only app on my iPad that does this. My guess is that the app’s server needs to be upgraded, or there is not enough bandwidth at the server to accommodate the number of users. On the user end, the program stalls, but the timer on the app keeps running, making it very difficult to get three stars or completing a puzzle in the allotted time.

This app is fun and it is free. Have noticed a lot of letters jumping around, letters that I have put in changing, and sometimes clues changing especially during Tournaments. You do stop getting rewards after a certain amount and your limited on videos. All in all a fun crossword to do everyday!

Love the crosswords when I can figure out how to open them. Only issue is the stupid app keeps locking up on me and I have to close it down and reopen. Fortunately, I haven’t lost my work, yet!

I love the puzzle options, and I probably spend way too much time playing! My frustration comes, however, because when I have this app open it frequently freezes up. When it unfreezes it adds to my time the time it was frozen. Yesterday it froze up my whole phone. I couldn’t get out of the app OR turn my phone off! I’m considering finding a different crossword app.

Downloaded this app because it looked like fun. And it was. But the adds were killing me. And they blasted through regardless of where your volume was set. I figured I’d spend some coin to get rid of them. Hah! Someone is smoking crackweed if they think I’m going to pony up that kind of money. I’m deleting this one and looking for a better one. Thanks, but no thanks.

Like most on here feel, the game is great but payout is too little. You can watch an ad to get more coins, you get 5 then have to wait 2 hours before you can get more. Most helps / hints are 10-20 coins so it is very frustrating. I have NO complaints about the game just that they need to give you more coins when watching ads or more coins when solving. Seems to be the general consensus of all. So PLEASE pay attention support and pass this on so you don’t lose a lot of your players.

This game definitely help me keep my mind sharp. And helps keep my spelling game up.

I found an error today that cost me coins to solve. The clue is a US agency that regulates finance. This answer could be SEC but the app wanted FEC as the answer. FEC would be the Federal Election Commission, not about finance. I also find many clues that require the same answers over and over. I keep playing but it can get boring.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS GAME

I really enjoy playing this game but every time I play a few rounds, it starts to get glitchy and slow until it freezes up. Not only does the game freeze, but my whole phone freezes and I have to do a hard reboot of my phone. Makes Zero Sense for a stupid game. I enjoy it, so 3 stars. But getting sick of the glitch.

I just couldn’t take the frequent ads - had to uninstall. There are better crossword apps w/ less ads out there!

Game is great, fun and challenging but isn’t impossible, BUT I bought the 2000 coins because it said “plus no ads” (and I hate seeing all the ads for the other games to be able to play a puzzle), however, NOTHING changed. There are still ads to watch before every puzzle. Very misleading and I feel duped.

I love this app, but I am going to have to get rid of it and find another crossword app because it glitches out sooooo much. Several times it has caused my phone to crash entirely and I have to do a soft reset to get my phone to work again. It freezes while I’m playing it constantly. I can’t listen to music while playing it, or it will freeze or cause my phone to crash. Not sure what’s causing this but if it gets fixed I’ll come back to it, because it really is fun!

I really enjoy this game. It’s fun and helps me focus because I’ve had c-v-d fog since last year. I watch the videos for coins and there’s one ad that doesn’t give me coins after I watch the whole video. It happens every time! If you could fix this glitch it would be a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for me.

Love this game, however it constantly freezes on me. Maybe it’s my internet connection, I don’t know. But I don’t find my other games freeze. But do enjoy doing this crossword.
