The only problem was they got our 2 blizzard sizes wrong. Thankfully I checked the bag before I left and they corrected them accordingly.

Stoped by for dinner after a long soccer game and everything was so fresh! There was toppings in every bite!

Ordered as they opened and I was hoping that was ok. Received the two orders and fries were fresh and hot. The fish sandwiches were made as ordered and that was great. Every bite I took was a delight and definitely will be back to Camden Del location always pleasant, clean and all the staff are great and polite. Shout out to the chef, the food was great!!!

I stopped to just get my blizzard & was pleasantly surprised to see the 50% off offer for reward members. That allowed me to double/bogo my usual order. Thanks

We were eating at the restaurant and they had a sign on the table order, we will bring it to you, only it never gave you the option to choose that you were dining in.

Love DQ love the app, but I wish you can kind of build your blizzard!! Like let me add strawberry, bananas in my blizzard!

I am glad they finally decided to add gift cards as a payment method, but if I have a gift card that doesn’t total the amount, I have to be with credit card obviously. It always gives me a issue saying the “total between the card and gift card have to match.” I then have to pay with card only, the gift card won’t work. Hoping they fix this bug soon.

Staff is friendly, but they don’t always remember my requested customizations when I order ahead.

The food we received today was far from what we are used to getting. The bread was borderline on being rubber. The fries were okay. The chicken strips were very small. One was comparable to the normal size, but the other 3 were about the size of a chicken nugget from McDonald’s. Overall it was quite disappointing.

This app is so convenient and easy!! And we get benefits!

Ordering on line was fantastic! We order drove across town and walked in and picked up our food no wait at all. Had to giggle at the folks in the drive up waiting probably at least 20 minutes to get there food lol

It would be great if you are able to choose, if you want a chocolate ice cream cone, or swirl cone, not just vanilla. same thing when ordering dipped cones, as there are other options besides chocolate.

This DQ always delivers excellent customer service. I appreciate their staff.

Need a “pay later” option

Can’t add a receipt to your account if you forget your phone when ordering OR if the cashier doesn’t ask if you have the app. All other companies offer this. Just a little disappointing!

Excellent service every time I go there Victor always goes out of his way for your every need at DairyQueen! And the food is always spectacular!

Ever since a kid 40 years ago I’ve been going to Dairy Queen it hasn’t changed a but even have my kids hooked on it now. Even on my death bed I’m gonna ask for a dipped cone…….maybe even the new churro dipped thanks Dairy Queen you have a customer for life.

Please consider adding Apple Wallet support for the DQ points card. It would be so much more convenient to have it show up automatically on my home screen when I arrive at my favorite DQ location.

Easy to use app and great icecream

We waited for our order for close to 30 minutes

I don’t come here often but expect to be served in order, this time l ordered a fish combo and was told she would bring it to me I waited about fifteen minutes and was getting ready to go find out what happened to my meal when a young lady walked past to deliver someone else’s meal on her way back she asked me what I had ordered, I told her she said just a minute I will get it, when she got back to the counter I heard her say “ I know where that fish goes, when I finally got my order the fries w

What’s the point of ordering ahead of time if they aren’t even aware of your order until you arrive and tell them about it. Only then do they start making it. App is pretty much pointless.
