This app has made me fall in love with iPhone photography and editing. The UI is beautiful, simple and versatile. But….please add a brush/heal tool. Then it will get all the stars!

would like to be able to blacl out or cut out things or people in the back ground but over all an amazing app.

Being the perfectionist that I am, I could not be without this app. It is not your grandmother's PHOTOSHOP as there are multiple apps for many applications which relieves the user of learning, all at once, one very large and sometimes difficult for the average user to decipher the original Photoshop Pkg.⭐️⭐️⭐️🌟🌟

Darkroom allows me to get the best results for my photos. So many photos are just too dark. Adjust by using the brilliance bar. Play around. I have found I can even adjust vertically or horizontally. It’s fun to see what I can accomplish.

…in my post processing regimen. I shoot in raw on my iPhone 14 Pro Max and Darkroom can handle the raw file size when other apps can’t. Once satisfies then take the photo into more artistic applications. I gave it a 4 star because it doesn’t have any type of “content removal” tool.

We need a brush mask. The subject detection works 80% of the time, but when it doesn't I have to add 7 or 8 radial masks at the minimum to fully correct it. Other than that major letdown, its a (almost) fully featured photo editor with a one time purchase if you don’t want to pay the subscription.

I like this app for editing I just wish it was a little more user friendly. I haven't found any directions on how to use it . I figured it out on my own but now that I go back to use it it's not the same controls as before. It 's a little confusing.

For a free tool, it's fine. But I regularly run into bugs with it freezing, crashing, photos not registering edits, blurring photos on zoom out which makes editing quite challenging when the photo isn't actually blurry. I don't know. It's fine I guess.

Darkroom is a great app for editing photos and videos; it allows for masking and excellent color corrections.

Who controls are good solid editing with raw photos shot on a canon, DSLR. App crashes, while editing has crashed 10 times now. Luckily, it seems to save progress instantaneously so I have not lost any. However, it is still very annoying.

this is a great program a beginer to jump into Photo editing.

Very good for editing photos. Got the one time payment option and definitely have not regretted it.

I can't say enough good things about Darkroom. It's fast, beautiful, powerful, and easy to understand and explore. And the team behind it keep improving the app on a regular basis.

I love the interface and the intergration with the iCloud photo library, and the photo editing tools offered keep getting better and better!

This app works beautifully on my iPad and has much of what I need to do fast and meaningful edits. I recommend for photographers editing with an ipad.

Darkroom provides almost all the tools you need (it currently lacks a clone or repair tool) but its integration with Apple Photos make it a way better choice than Lightroom. The masks feature is top notch.

What the title says sums it up. Best alternative to Lightroom on iPad.

The new engine modifications for the highlights and shadows adjustments are superb.

This app is good for quick edits. It also handles color very well. However, the developers make it hard to post to multiple places. The export settings are ancient. You can’t choose a specific pixel density, or certain MB size. The pictures I edit from Darkroom on my MacBook also look horrible on Instagram. My edits look better when I edit on my iPhone that on my MacBook Pro. I’m not sure why that is. The developers said they would look into it, but they haven’t gotten back to me yet. I wish the

Intuitive and great filters

This app is worth the forever purchase,it’s great!! I didn’t think it was going to be worth it but boy was I wrong!! I love this app it’s a great editing app!!

This makes editing the frames for my designs effortless. So far having an amazing experience with this app. Definitely going to continue using. 10/10!

Love this software much like photoshop just as good

This is the best app on the market four your photography. None of the little school child drawing stickers and other silly things. Real real serious photography. I love it. I won’t get anAndroid phone because I can’t get this app on it anymore only on Apple unfortunately. So I stick with my Apple phone because of this app. They work on it They have updated it and they’re serious about it ! They also have added great new features features. Features features .Wish I could give this team a big hug

The addition of selective editing via intelligent masks is really well done. I wish there was a bit more customization though. The tools and integration with iOS Photos is great. However, I’ve noticed a lot of bugs lately. It’ll take awhile to open/load the photo and often display it incorrectly. One time I pasted some edits to a photo and it went nuts and started pasting to other photos. Lots of annoying bugs, but I’ll deal with them for now.

Healing/cloning tool would be great to have

So far very impressed with this program. The only thing I haven't seen on here that I would love is a burn/dodge tool, but all in all I would recommend as an easy photo editing app

When i go to finder and chose a photo and select open with Darkroom, it takes me to the app but I can't find the photo. Also it doesn't show the photo's information like file number. I can't copy or duplicate the photos. Maybe because I am new I can't find these things but I looked everywhere.

Absolutely love this app, I’d love for a healing feature to be released that’s the only thing that I wish it had
