Does not keep settings, no 12 hour Magic mode

This app has potential, but falls flat... it doesn’t read my daylight savings time properly, so have to add +1 hour in settings - then when you exit app and open again, the same problem! Why not save the settings?? Stupid! Also, I don’t like figuring military time all day, Magic mode is the only useful screen display for me, and it does NOT allow for 12 hour/Magic Mode, stupid again ... fix those basic issues and would rate 5 stars, otherwise useless!
