As far as I can tell, none of the photo or video filters are free to use. I haven’t checked all of them, but I’ve checked several dozen. They all look super nice. UI is nice and clean. Above all else, I love that it collects no data. The purchase options are $3/week, $5/month, $20/year and $50/lifetime. I’m tempted to pay $3 just to see if I have the problems mentioned in other reviews.

I LIKE THE APP BUT FOR SOME REASON IT KEEPS CRASHING WHEN I TRY TO IMPORT AN PHOTO TO EDIT. :( MAKES ME VERY SAD

Keeps crashing when I try to upload a video :(

It’s impossible to record a clip longer than your screen timeout settings, unless you’re constantly tapping the screen. That’s no good for a supposed video recording app

(note: last app update was 7 months ago) I really wanted it to work, but it keeps crashing either just when I open the app or when I’m looking for a video in my library to upload. I thought maybe I needed to update the app but it’s up to date. My iPhone 12 Pro Max can’t be THAT old already. Hope this isn’t a scam and this bug is fixed ASAP.

This app is clean and responsive with no bloated UI. However having to go through a list and pick filters without being able to preview them is extremely frustrating. This app would be 100x better if you could just swipe right or left to preview the many filters in the live camera view (like on iPhone 13 and newer) and also be able to favourite the ones you like best. Will purchase the day this is implemented.

Just wish there was a one time payment option. Most apps on iOS want you to pay for a subscription. I’m good on that. I will stick to 1998 Cam. If the payment options ever change, I shall return.

I just downloaded this and was super excited to test out the filters on some of my older videos but it crashes as soon as I try to access my videos. Kinda bummed out and not quite sure how to fix this :(
