Initially not as easy to use as Omio, but proved far more valuable as I was traveling the trains in Germany. And actually easier/better features once you have booked a train or two.

Liebe Bahn, ich will gar nicht schimpfen - das tun andere genug - sondern nur fragen: Warum passiert es recht oft, dass die Navigator-App nicht stimmt (und nicht bloß um wenige, sondern um 15 Minuten oder mehr)? Wir haben uns ja dran gewöhnt, mit den Verspätungen zu leben; aber vielleicht lässt sich was machen, damit wenigstens die Informationen über Verspätungen nicht ihrerseits verspätet sind?

The app is very clear and easy to use. Figuring out how to add multiple travelers was the only difficult part.

Ich kann die Sprache der App nicht von Englisch auf Deutsch wechseln. Die einfache Anfrage: Ist mein Zug pünktlich? wurde abgeschafft. Das ist blöd, auch für die Leute, die jemanden abholen wollen. Die Funktion war einfach zu bedienen und hat ganz aktuelle Informationen geliefert.

Extremely difficult to navigate the app. Almost impossible to find the train map when is an ICE with a seat reservation, from 10 times I founded always by chance, fir which never remember what I did to find it. If you cannot solve it, put the physical map in the train stations. That was very helpful.

Wieso muss ich immer wieder einloggen? Wenn ich meine Karte zeige wird es immer awkward während ich mein ganzes Passwort tippe.

Es ist das Jahr 2023 und diese App hat ein neues Design . Trotzdem gibt es keinen iPad-Support. Außerdem, wo ist Apple Pay?

Great for booking and even showing itineraries to other European lands. However, updates due to platform changes sometimes come too late…and it seems delays and track changes are happening more and more often. An app worth having nonetheless.

Really solid performance and reliability from the app. If only the actual trains were as reliable…

Nice to use app. Here are two improvement suggestions I’d love: 1. Make selection a journey quicker. For example, the SBB app automatically shows me a list of routes after entering the destination without clicking anything else. 2. Implement live activities for iOS 16. That way, you can see when to change, which platform to go to etc (just like Uber or some airlines) without even unlocking your phone. Keep up the good work :)

I used the App in the USA, when I arrived in Germany the app displays the time zone for EST in the States.

An exceptionally intuitive and smooth travel app. Plan your trip, buy your tickets and show your ticket QR code on the train all from the app. A must download.

Well where do I start , made a purchase and the app crashed, payment went through but tickets were never processed and sent , can’t even get help

My uploaded ticket from Frankfurt Fernbahnhof to K-town (Karlsruhe) showed the wrong time I booked the 16:09 to K-town not the 10:09 am train. I screenshot the booking . Not cool when you need seat reservations.

This app is good. It helped me to find my way places and even though it’s the main transportation service in Germany, I had to break it to you, but there’s always an issue that you will face with public transport and if you don’t, you’ll be the luckiest person in the world today for instance, my bus was late. My train was late. My train skipped myself and now I have to sit an hour at a random space station that I’ve never been to before buses trains every time it’s always like I don’t recommend
