Decibel X:dB Sound Level Meter App Reviews

Overall I like the app, and it seems to be an accurate decibel meter. The only issue is, that the app basically takes over your entire phone, and doesn’t really work with anything else. I wish you could play music while it is open and measure the volume of that music. If I’m trying to measure the volume of my car stereo, and the app is open, it will not allow music to play in the car if the app is open. Thought I’d give this a try and was pleasantly surprised how accurate this dB app is. 10/10 would recommend.

I was able to quickly measure my headphone audio. Great to check for potential hearing risk.

With the proliferation of large speakers, it is good to have this technology to curve volume at events!

This app would be perfect and get a 5 star rating from me if they just added the camera ability to shoot in horizontal mode, rather than in just vertical.
