25 Positive User Reviews for Deliveries: a package tracker

No tracking for common shipping services

I had to give it a three star review because if you cannot get tracking for UPS and FedEx which is a most common shipment service. I am glad you still receive tracking information from Amazon, USPS and others. The common shipping services you must support and come up with a deal if this is needed to happen. You may lose me and many others in the future who use these services. This service is faster than shop app in certain areas but I use both. I don’t mind going to tracking information o

Can’t track FedEx packages

Apparently, a while ago FedEx changed their API for third-party apps trying to query their servers for package transit details. It is disappointing that an app with a yearly subscription like Deliveries does not keep up and re-implement in-app FedEx shipment tracking. Once they make that working again, I’ll bump my rating up to five stars, because I love how tracking works with all the other carriers.

Needs improvement

Honestly a great app, however the widget needs a lot of work. More information and the map would be a big improvement

Fantastically simple utility

This app does a fantastic job of doing one thing and doing one thing well. Syncs between my macs and my phone, pulls delivery information on a reasonable update schedule. No frills but no pain (excpet FedEx being jerks about API access). Other apps offer things like deeper integrations to automatically pull shipments from your gmail etc, but to be honest I'm glad to do things a bit more manually with Deliveries and not have to grant uncomfortable access to my private information.

Slow and Infrequent Notifications

This is a fantastic app. Love the visual interface, but the package notifications are far too slow and infrequent. Overall this is a great app please consider adding more frequent notifications to great a 5 star rating!!!

Almost perfect, and I use the app all the time

The one thing that's a bit annoying is the lack of FedEx support — which is FedEx's fault and not the devs' — and the borderline uselessness of UPS tracking. Which, again, is not the developers' fault, but UPS'. Other than that: Great app, works well and syncs perfectly with the mobile counterpart, and it's definitely a valuable tool for me to keep track of all my incoming and outgoing shipments. Glad it exists!

Best tracking app

Very reliable, will sync to Amazon and other services, including amongst devices and PC (browser), if you pay for cloud sync. Only removing 1 star because it doesn’t provide fedex tracking, but that’s not even the developers fault.

Widgets having problems

Sionce the last update, my widgets have stopped showing data. They don't refresh either. It just says "Failed". Tried reinstalling the app and it worked for a bit but then it just stopped working. Love this app, hope this can be fixed soon.

Works good, but

No support for FedEx, wish they could add it, everything else seems to be working

Best way to track inbound and outbound packages

Supports a ton of different carriers, and provides an easy way to jump to the carrier web site in the rare event that that is needed. And has iOS and iPadOS versions that stay in sync, so you can follow packages on any of your devics.

Awesome App

I love this app - it tracks everything (except FedEx because that company made it impossible for 3rd parties to track their items) Indespensible app for small sellers

Been a huge fan since app came out

I've enjoyed this app for 15 years. kinda weird to think, but yes.. it's a beautifully designed app that works great! Thank you so much for making it!!!

Perfect but for FedEx

I love Deliveries, its perfect for tracking all my packages across Amazon, USPS, UPS, DHL ( others) and until recently FedEx. The developer says FedEx are blocking access to deeper links to enable tracking. There is another package tracker on the App Store which can track FedEx. It’s not as good with all the other services, so am sticking with Deliveries, but it would be great if FedEx tracking could be fixed.

Looking for a replacement app

I’ve used this tracking system since 2011 and it’s worked well. Unfortunately it no longer works with the FedEx API, and the manual date entry workaround is broken and deletes user data. I’m looking for a new app that I can use with FedEx.

Nearly perfect

Great app which syncs seamlessly across all my devices. My only quibbles, and they are indeed tiny quibbles, are: 1. I'd prefer it automatically title case the shipment name. The app I used previously did, and I found it handy. 2. The selection brightness hinting would benefit from more contrast with the unselected items. Tiny, tiny quibbles. This is a great app.

Fantastic app

I've used this invaluable tracking tool for years. There are many ways to track packages, but Deliveries does so effiiciently with a great interface. Highly recommended. One major limitation is inability to track FedEx packages, but this limitation has been imposed by FedEx.

Track package movment

I wish this app would trake UPS shipments from origin to the destination. I also wish FedEx would participate but I understand their stance. Otherwise, I love the app.

Great app across devices

Been using this app for years. Free to use, fair price to get more. The widget on mac osx 13.0.1 on my M1 Air seems to be bugged right now. It doesn't update or show any information on the widget.

Still my favorite tracking app

Deliveries has been a staple app on my phone for many years, and was worth the lifetime subscription when they moved away from the free model. Despite the issues caused by FedEx restricting their queries, Deliveries is still the best package tracking app on my phone. Here’s hoping for an update to take advantage of the new iOS features!

FedEx Hogging Their Data

Deliveries is a 5 star app, I've used it for years happily. The loss of one star has nothing to do with Deliveries, it's FedEx's fault. They no longer share the data with third party apps. I now ask which companyt will ship my package and if it's FedEx I ask they use UPS strickly due to FedEx's hogging their data. Takes much more time to go to FedEx's app or web page to get delivery information. Shame on FedEx!!!

Great app & developer support

I've been using Deliveries for years. It's always been great, and the customer service just as good. It's only gotten better. Recently I suggested a 'placeholder' delivery in the event I don't have the tracking information yet. I order a LOT of things, and sometimes forget what I've ordered. If I can have a 'placeholder' until I receive my tracking information, it would be awesome. The implemented it within a few weeks. I don't know how many other users need this...but it worked for me. Awesome

Used to be a Favorite App

Now it seems that my deliveries can only be tracked ONLINE, rendering this heretofore most treasured utility nearly useless. WHY IS THAT?

Issues

Still has issues with FedEx.

Must have app!

This app completely simplifies and consolidates all of your pending deliveries! Nothing better than this app. Extremely easy to enter the info. I've had it for years, won't do without it. Absolutely worth the small cost.

I have used them all...

...and I alway come back to this one. It has been best in class for years.
