Hard to find the location on the map of this app , not same as talabat app ! Need to update the map and make it easy same as I enter google map with satellite mode to be easy!

I am very satisfied with the delivery guys. I find them more cleaner, humble and well mannered. I am very concerned about the cleanliness. I have noticed sometimes they let us take the delivery from there bag instead they taking it. And they handle the delivery very carefully. Specially when there is a juice or coffee. Starbucks they have the stand for the cup where some restaurants don’t. And these guys are so careful. Keep up the good work and the cleanliness. Even the Dress code. 🙌🏻👏🏻👍🏻

Delivery was amazing super fast and efficient but the cake was horrible the strawberry on the cake were rotten

If you for example mistype your card and it fails, unlike every other app in the world that lets you just correct the mistyped number and try again, this one kills your order and you start completely over. Holy lord that’s some awful design

Works well except you need to turn notifications on while waiting for a delivery and off the rest of the time if you don’t want constant ads.

This app is so much better then just eat the only reason I gave them 4 stars is because they don’t have McDonalds on the app

Deliveroo has the best customer experience! Not only are they pretty much always on time, they back up their products delivered, which is a huge plus. I won’t order from any other app!

I’m a new user since it’s my first time in the EU, so I should have been allowed to use the first user discount code but the app thought i wasn’t a first user so it didn’t let me use the code
