Needs work

This app gets the job done, but barely. Every time I open it there seems to be an issue with refreshing something. An error box almost always pops up regardless of what I’m trying to do. It makes me stressed getting into every game :(

Only way I can follow

So thankful for this app I hate the NHL app and hate Bally or whatever it’s called now with a passion great to be able to just follow my wings

Crashing

Love the app, but Each time I hit video button the app crashes. It would be great to that fixed before regular season starts. Thanks!!

Got annoyed with NHL app

Got so annoyed with the NHL App always talking about same team and players ! This is so much better can follow the Wings an easier and better way! LGRW!!!!

Can’t rotate videos

Not sure if this is a problem for everyone, but I cannot always full screen the videos. This mainly happens for the live videos, with screen rotation locked or unlocked it won’t full screen.

Mediocre to Terrible

The app is often slow and takes multiple attempts to sell tickets through the exchange. The last time I used my season tickets, I was locked out of the app and had to use a friend's phone to sign up and get my own tickets. The app is also poorly designed and difficult to navigate. One of the worst apps I've experienced.
