Provide a summary of daily weekly information on one page for comparing information that before I could only obtain over a 24 hour, or by taking pictures of each day and saving them. VAGP allows me to. Trend and swings from day today over a multi day. It helps by providing a record of where your blood sugars have trended or varied over a long period of time. This is very helpful in being able to analyze trends or things that mask, trends and lead to bad control. It takes a lot of work out of how
I really liked tracking and seeing the reports and feedback, but when a second child was diagnosed I found it it is NOT easy to switch between accounts. I have to log off and then log back in with the same account just to switch to a different child. make this easier please.
Additional cover patches should be included as the the cover included doesn’t always stick well.
I should have done this years ago. I’ve gotten some real insight into my diabetes & I’m making decisions in real time about my care. It’s been a real eye opener. Plus, everything I need to know is right there & very easy to decipher.
Clarity allows me to set my personal blood sugar goals and monitor how I’m doing. I love the morning notification that I met my previous day’s goal. It’s so easy to use.
Where is your data going?
I love the graphics are used to show blood averages. The complete program. Thanks you.
I like the way the app provides me a way to follow how I can reach my goals of staying in range.
Seeing my numbers reminds me how good or bad I’m doing!!
Everyone who invented worked hard created produced and affordably marketed deservs appreciation and. a thankful heart
The data provided is great. It would be nice if on the daily report you got the average glucose for each day and long with the events. But my biggest gripe is you can’t go back in time. You should be able to pick a date and then get a report based on that date. I would like to be able to go back in time and run a weekly report for each week. It seems crummy to have to remember to run the report each week and save it so I can go back and look at my progress. For what you pay for the device you sh
I just want to know who came up with the idea of 6 hrs silencing the App. Why not 8 hrs or 12 hrs? As a more than 20 yrs diabetic, I am well capable to choose for how long to silence it and when not to. I don’t need a App to advocate my well being. If you are looking to keep your blood glucose in a narrow range, this App is a huge nuisance. Can’t even get a night sleep without it waking you up.
I’ve had diabetes for over 15 years now, I really couldn’t ever get my A1C to under 8 with my line of work. Once I got my Dexcom and started using Charity app my blood sugar levels have dropped 2 to 3 points. My A1C is 7.8 now and I’m starting to lose some weight, I also feel a lot better.
You guys have done a very good job. I love the Apple integration and the reports that you generate. The most valuable report is the overlay report with the icons at the bottom and the glucose graph at the top. It helps me understand why my glucose is raising or lowering based on my activity or meals. In my opinion, this overlay chart is the most valuable of all the reports and you should look to generate it by default. Currently, its value is hidden and someone has to generate it. Fantastic a
I am using the Clarity app to track blood sugars and I am in need of sorting my data out by the month. In the app I don’t know how to select the date range for the data I want to look at. This function does work through the web page. On the web account I can sort data by month (April 1st to April 30th for example). Are there any upcoming options in app to select date range for data?
I appreciate that my Stelo sensor uploads to Clarity. It would be useful to have the Stelo Events feature in Clarity.
I’ve been using this app for a while and it’s been really helpful for managing my blood sugar levels. The reports are pretty good and very informative. A lot better than the reports you get from the meter itself.
I have just started using a CGM to help me understand my glucose levels better. Really like this app for the statistics and historical data. Suggestions: it would be nice if I was able to adjust the top and bottom numbers of graph for the daily report, allowing me to better visualize the fluctuations within my personal target range. Also, a great add to the daily chart would be the high, low, average and fasting glucose… on the daily report… rather than using the daily statistics - which average
I count on the app to keep informed about my A1C count and percentage of being in the best range possible at all times. Very reliable app and I highly recommend it it for any Dexcom users.
Good app works well but when you do a software upgrade it would be nice to have a change log of what had been fixed in terms of bugs and new features. As this is a critical medical device.
Should be able to open page showing 24 hour trend lines that can swipe through left right previous days in past month to tweak our meds meals times etc better at a glance
I love this app and the ability to see my blood sugars I’ve different amounts of time. However every time I go in to check them, I have to log in and everytime it says my username is not recognized. I use the same username and password to log into the regular Dexcom G6 app and there are no issues just with the clarify app. When I delete and redownload the issue is solved for the first log in but after the same issue repeats. It is a tiresome process that makes me consider using Dexcom at all :/
The Dexcom device has provide me information the had anticipated and more where I would document in my notes app in my cell phone.
These reports are very very helpful in motivating me to adjust my diet to show improved results. Great motivational tool.
Thank you for a great tool
I am finding that even on days that don’t exactly go to plan, I can meet my goals more often than I thought possible. My diabetes educator told me I was doing much better than I thought I was doing. He said that meeting my goals would allow me to live longer and healthier. A great outcome that I had not expected since my diabetes stopped being more controlled. I very much like using my dexcom6 app.

OK, I used to really like the app but now you have issues that need to be fixed and nobody’s fixing them not not everything is correct down there used to give basic Guide of the A1c that hasn’t worked in almost a year. You need to fix the issues on there because I have better tracking on my Dexcom G7 and Tandem app than this anymore. you need a major update and all these reviews. I’m reading her for a year to two years ago. What is up with that? What are you not doing that you should be doing? P
Clarity used to record all my blood sugars normally, now it’s far behind and it doesn’t record it all. What is recorded are small black dots spread out over a period of time. It all started on Wednesday. I signed out and signed back in but that didn’t fix it. Maybe it should be looked into, see if a update that will fix it can be come up with.
I’m trying to login to the app for my doctor and every time it says not the right information but I know it is because I am able to use the same information on the website
I have used this app for years until about a month ago it would just up and quit. It at first seemed to be linked to viewing the g6 widget, but changing the sensor makes the app quit as well. Had to install the sensor through my tandem pump. After deleting the app and reinstalling it over and over I don’t even look at it anymore, relying on my pump and the tandem t.connect app.
