Dexcom G6 App Reviews

I keep getting a message that the app fails. Once This happens I have to reinsert a new sensor and remove the old prematurely. It’s happening so frequently and it’s very frustrating because the sensors are so expensive.

This app is amazing, once you go through all of its capabilities. The transmitter is accurate to about 10 points either way, compared to using a glucometer. I recommend it to anyone who is on the go, and despises the finger stick!!!!

Ok, I’ve used Dexcom for years and it’s literally the only CGM I will trust. It integrates with my t:Slim pump perfectly. That said, I simple do not understand why in 2024 that Dexcom it’s CarPlay compatible. It is not safe to look at your phone while driving and if there were a CarPlay widget it would be a little safer. How hard can it possibly be to add this functionality? Do Better Dexcom!!!

The app when used as a widget displays stale glucose level unless the app is opened and refreshed. It is also jumping up and down between numbers. Last night it missed about 12hrs of data and shows nothing. Please help

The Dexcom G6 is great it helps to keep me on track with my sugar. When I start to feel sluggish I can just look at my phone real quick and see that my sugar is dropping. I love not having to always carry my meter and stick my finger when I go out.

It reads all the time and when we change my Dexcom G6, which I used to have a G7, but now I have a G6 because I got the Amdy pump and that’s also a great pump and this is also a great app for me and everybody loves it!

I wore the DexCom 1 and 6 is light years ahead of the original version. I give it five stars for reliability and accuracy. Sign me as a “grateful T1 user.”

Great app, but one complaint, it needs dark mode, in the follow app it has Dark Mode, but not in the share app, but overall great.

I need to be able to pause or stop critical alerts. I already get alerts on my pump, and need the app silenced for meetings and conference calls. They help a lot in the middle of the night if I have a low, but don’t help my ADHD during business hours.

I have used this app for years and I have loved every bit of it. That is, until recently. There seems to be an issue with the critical alerts as it tells me that I cannot use the app until they are turned on. This is confusing, as I have every notification sound on for this app and I have all icons checked to give me notifications.
