I’ve been trying to contact the seller Texas_shoes_store since the day I’ve received my package!! So I’m filing a dispute against them YES I ordered the wrong size because the shoes said women size and I ask for a woman’s 9 but i instead I got a men’s and men’s 11 in Europe size and I paid for them to come in a box; NO box and the sneakers are curling up in the front… So I’ve trying since 09/22

All the shaming on products from China is weak and a stale outdated and overplayed argument . Some things are not the highest quality some are just as good if not better and considering the drastic price difference.I've never had less than 2-3 items thst were unacceptable. All others fantastic and If I could but American made I couldn't 20 times. The price and just as all big businesses did I like to get more bang for the buck and DHgate is the top Retail spot I've found !

I love this website so much. But if your gonna buy something do this. Look at the reviews for pictures to make sure it’s the real deal. Shipping will be a lot if you live in the us. Otherwise I love it so much

The layout and product selection is amazing better than any other Chinese e-commerce app. By far. Most of my experiences have been positive however, there are a few bad actors. My biggest complaint is that when a seller misses the shipping deadline and is completely uncommunicative, I have to file a refund request and it gives the seller 8 days to respond. If they don’t respond in the 8 days it gives an additional 11 days until it automatically cancels. Now I am out nearly 30 days for a large or
