Great app for those who love music and night life

I recently had the pleasure of using this app to get on a Waiting List for a concert. The concert was Sold Out, but with this app I was able to get in line to buy tickets if someone decided not to go to the show. No scalpers, no inflated prices, no hoping the other party sends the ticket link—just sign up, wait for notification and buy the tickets. What a great experience!!

Easy to use app and tickets can be shared if you want to send to a friend. Most importantly, prompt and helpful support team! They made my day.

I am travel nurse and I recently relocated to Miami, Fl. I wanted for this NYE to be special bc I am spending it with a friend who was willing open their home to me here in Miami. We purchased tickets for club Space, unaware of the specific entry times…and I have to thank the people at Dice for going above and beyond to assist us with being able to celebrate the New Year as we intended. Thank you so much to Dice and Space nightclub🙏

Enjoy buying tickets to my favorite venues! I always receive great customer service when having any questions or issues. The app could be optimized to function a bit better tho.

Excellent customer service and easy to use app!!

Good way to find shows, but… there’s no way I will let an app access all of my contacts. That seems to be the only way to send a ticket to a friend. The last thing I would do to my friends is share their contact info and put their info in the hands of who know who. The developers need to find a way to share without compromising our confidential info.

AMAZING customer service! Support was awesome and cooperative with handling my situation. I recommend this app because of the simplicity and access to many music events nearby. I love the features of showing you the Top Tracks from unheard artists that give you a chance to check out before attending the show! So excited for the future of DICE!

Does this app work in the US? It never says there are any available events or venues in my area.

Missed getting an event but was still able to go thanks to their waitlist option.

just downloaded to access tickets for a specific event. bought the wrong ticket times and reached out to customer service. they were very quick and helped me out with a refund so i could purchase the right ones. seems like a cool app

Dice was quick to respond to all my questions. Didn’t leave me hanging to wait a long time they got back to me as soon as they could. And I appreciate that I didn’t wait more then a day to hear back.

It will always be near impossible to completely prevent scalpers from scalping and boosting prices, but at least this app has taken the initiative to try their best. The social features help, and it’s a nice place to keep all of your shows organized. Also, kind of an unavoidable app if you’re trying to go to shows in a big city

This app makes buying tickets for your favorite artist a serious breeze. And it makes returning them so easy as well! I had a small technical issue with a return and so I messaged customer service and they replied within 24 hours and were able to completely assist me with my issue and even helped me understand what was happening, which was just a small glitch. Really enjoy the ease of this app and the layout is fun too. Great and personal customer service. Recommended!!

This is a great app backed by an awesome customer service team! Their response to issues and inquiries are almost immediate.

Easy to use event ticketing app. Also superb support team who responded to my cancelled show refund request quickly.

Love the dice app but sometimes when I buy a ticket, I’m only allowed to sell it back to people waiting the day of the show, which makes it very difficult

I clicked on “help! “ filled out the form with my concern and no sooner did I hit “submit” did I get a personal response and a solution to my issue. Now that is a good app. Thank you Dice!

After purchasing tickets for a Jazz show in London, I later realized that the date was not possible for me. Not to go into too much detail, but the venue and Daire, the Dice Customer Service rep were incredibly expedient and understanding in providing a refund.

I wish all venues/artists would use this app it is significantly better than Ticketmaster

My schedule is crazy busy and changes often but I still like to plan ahead. This app gives me confidence to book bc they make it so easy to pass along your tix and get a refund . Love them!

The copy link and share buttons don’t work at all. I have no way to share events with my friends who don’t have dice. This used to work but has been broken for the past 3 weeks at least.

The app itself is fine but it’s literally impossible to get tickets to ANY good event. Everything sells out unreasonably fast and the wait list feature is useless…

Easiest ticket purchase I’ve ever experienced

Great app: personalized recommendations, new music discovery, and such cute design

Needed help transferring tickets for the Newport Folk Fest and their customer support was great. Plus the app is easy to use
