This is the absolute way to go when getting around in the city. Didi goes all out with vetting their drivers and conducting background checks. I do not and will not move about the city with any other ride share. Didi is by far the best.

Easy to use and very affordable I use didi every time i’m in Colombia

Let me tell you this is the best thing I ever used in my life is so cheap and nice 10 times better than Uber in Colombia Medellín the cars are not really super clean they’re small and all that if you ordered express but I don’t care it was so cheap to run around all day long!!!

Deberían procurar que todos los conductores acepten tarjeta Ya que los que no aceptan es solo porque no quieren pagar su parte a la aplicación

Necesito la ayuda para abrir la aplicación ya que no aparece donde uno le da Clips a las políticas y condiciones , eh visto todo para darle Clips donde acepto y nada

Excellent service & respectful driver

I used the app to get taxis in Oaxaca and suddenly today the taxi part disappeared. Not sure if DIDi just wants to focus on food but it was nice which it lasted. The taxis would always show up.

Sometimes drivers that are near me won't accept the ride and I have to wait many minutes until the app says that there aren't drivers available when they clearly are, in Cabify you always get a driver eventually.

I invested in their stock so you guys better make this work so I can make big bucks😈🙏💯😔😳🤪

Intente muchas veces entrar con mi número, hasta con el de un familiar y nunca entro la aplicación, por más que lo intentaba nunca entro, la borraba y la volvía a instalar y tampoco funcionó así!

La app es nueva, por lo tanto hay mucho que mejorar. Una de las actualizaciones que se necesita con urgencia es ofrecer abonar la devolución del pasajero en caso de que el conductor no tenga cambio. Muy importante.

Hacen preguntas de cuanto es la tarifa que a donde me Dirijo cuando la aplicación da esos detalles, y mientras no se le responden se quedan sin moverse

There should be a penalization for drivers that cancelled, I’ve been cancelled 4 times just now by 4 drivers and been trying to get a Lyft for the last 25 minutes. You can’t trust in your drivers to deliver a good service. There must be a system to compensate this kind of issues.

I have two credit cards on file with your application and neither of them will work. I am forced to use Uber or Cabify. Can you please resolve this issue thank you.

Terrible service. They will show you that drivers are close yet take several minutes to accept a ride, with several more minutes of waiting time. They change the price without warning and make you go through hoops to report for reimbursement. Terrible service, often matching or greater in price than other ride sharing apps.
