I absolutely love this app! Yet for the last 2 years I have not been able to access the upgraded version where you receive all services! Can not get a direct answer on what the problem is! Everyone I have talked to keeps trying to make it my fault on why it’s not working! Also this app should be available to add to your account through add on and perks! Should not depend on plan or insurance you have!

I do a scan and it completes and says network is safe with no threats but always shows in red, 1 threat detected.. don’t get it. I scan again and yet again it’s safe with no threats, but the red threat notification next to the scan button doesn’t go away.

I had this for at least a year to a year and a half. in the beginning it worked great,now it doesn’t even do the thing I got it for(identity protection)it just refuses to load but other than that the vpn is fantastic.

It’s not establishing a secure connection while seriously interrupting with the connection through cellular reception. It is needed for WiFi security, not for web safety. If it jeopardizes the WiFi security, then the connection fails. A secure WiFi connection establishes a secure WiFi network. Data web safe is a meaningless jargon. Just installing the Digital Secure app is not enough to get the advertised benefits. You will also need to sign-up and register on the IDTP site as well as registering your username on the Verizon site. Even that will not secure all the listed benefits. Scrolling through the Digital Secure app will trigger repeated requests to sign in again and to enter password repeatedly even with auto-sign-in checked. I have not been able to access their “Privacy Dashboard” after six attempts. Recommend that

I am thankful for the protection you give me! It makes life more comfortable, not having to worry as much. Just wish there was a way to block the daily scammers. Thankyou for the protection you give!!

This did not help my phone. I set this up on my brand new iPhone 14 pro max i had to get Norton 360 because I kept getting warnings and msg that my phone had viruses that will corrupt my eSIM and my battery now I can’t even trade my phone in caus i had a hard time trying to get a hold of Verizon. T-Mobile was so much better they had Macafee I never got virus or msg saying I had viruses on my phone or gmail pleas Verizon fix this app it is not working!

The app updated and now I recieve a message that reads “ Looks like there’s a problem on our end. Please try again.” No options work now.

Still getting a lot of Facebook and emails trying to get into my account.

I like being able to see what is protected on my phone and internet.

I have an IPad and I’m not receiving the emails to identify myself as requested.

It’s best one and really works for me, I love the way it scans for treats and keeps it on and updated, really cool design I was so pleasantly impressed by the great graphics .

Easy to install and start using

11/21/2022. On downloading Digital Secure. At setting up app, on step 3. I don’t receive a verification code into my email account. Why?

My phone has been hacked for so long and I found that there’s no one out there to fix it or to get it out of my phone. I set my web security, and I come back later and it shut off. Just happens over and over and over again. I live with it.

I am going to uninstall this app bc it’s just like another review I saw, I have the same malfunction. Ridiculous for the money I pay every month. Very disappointed. Verizon FIX IT. Jesus fix it.

This app says it’s monitoring my web browsing but doesn’t allow me to add a different browser and actually has one that I don’t use.

No protection for “Duck Duck Go” Does not screen for viruses What about malicious software?, Spyware?

I have to turn it on multiple times a day.

Add dark mode!! My eyes are sensitive to bright, white light and it would be nice to see it without hurting my eyes

Most of the places where there’s a breach doesn’t specify the website. How does that help me with fixing the issue? How do I even know if it’s accurate?

The rep at the store was extremely pushy and concerned with my credentials. Installed something on my device without my consent and locked me out of my new iPhone 20 minutes after leaving the store. Then Verizon recommended this application but now I’m having issues with my actual Verizon account which makes me question is the whole process done to scare customers into services and higher prices? I will be calling today to cancel

I decided to try this so I could have more security on my devices. Unfortunately, it was malfunctioning from the beginning & quite difficult to uninstall; especially from my Macbook Air. Therefore, would not recommend this app.

Not very good and not developed properly because it always turns itself off at any point
