Exciting where ever I go!!
It’s OK bud. There’s a lot of channels that you have to pay for that are no interest to me so I end up not getting a good deal no matter what package you get. It’s over price. It should be à la cart.
Whoever, or whatever, came up with the newest interface design needs to go back to school (or perhaps to to school to begin with). Just plain ugly layout.
The guide interface is really poorly done. Can't put my finger on why, maybe it's too sensitive, but when scrolling, I'll inadvertently press the channel (like when trying to stop the auto scroll) and it then will tune to that channel, rotate my screen, buffer, and load. Sounds minor, and it is, but it happens every time I use the guide on my phone. (And I Have normal size fingers)
First strike was a major setback second was a big loss to the club and last pitch was a huge disappointment for the fans and the team that lost the game to the Reds in the final game of Cup in a friendly match between Liverpool and Manchester
Unable to access local channels from guide or perform searches in guide. Live chat bot was useless. Shouldn’t there be a selection for channel preferences ? Prior app had these features. Thank you for the quick response, I am able to see all channels. Will you be adding a search feature to the guide in the near future ?
I love having the app to wear when we are on our road traveling in our camper. We are still able to watch our recordings and live TV in whichever area we are in.

You can’t watch more than 4 hours at a time, it has improved but the channels are limited we don’t get all channels on satellite like all of the movie channels etc. needs more networks :)
For some reason when I scroll through the guide, the app think I turn my phone sideways and then proceeds to put on a show and closes out my guide.

For the most expensive streaming service out there, this app is the least polished of the main providers. Dark mode for these types apps came around 10 years ago, and this app still will blind you with white while using it. Also, we have been running this on Apple TV 4K and it freezes up and needs to be continually closed out and restarted. Get with DIRECTV if you’re going to be charging the prices that you’re charging.
The app on a Sony Bravia KD model tv is really slow to react. It seems it was compiled as a debug without optimization, or an interpreter layer was used. Way slower than UTube, Netflix, Prime, or PBS even. The iPad and iPhone apps are as fast as I would expect. I prefer to not use the Genie on this our primary TV so I don’t have to keep switching remotes, which is one reason I switched from satellite Dish to streaming DirecTV
Like the app but you can’t delete shows that you have watched. So I deleated the ones I watched and it also deleted my recording for the series. So this time when I went to watch there was nothing there.
