This app used to work well. But recently it fails on startup, telling me it can’t load my reservations and to try again later. Very frustrating.
Everyone on the cruise was wonderful from our wait staff Oscar and Miggs to the people at the spa Yana, who does the cryotone the restaurant manager our state room hostess for 8538 and everyone in between from start to finish was superb herb
Great app. Super helpful while cruising. Love that I can view the dinner menus before I get to the restaurant.
While the ship appears to be magical. Great shows to watch and kids clubs available. The quality of the food was no better than fast food . Food by the pools you kinda expected to be mediocre and while at times it was decent enough that kids found their options. The choice for adults was slim. The breakfast buffets had may choice but not quality. The most saddest part was dinner. Just after a long day of eating junk food you really wanted a delicious mouth water entree. Unfortunately not there
Crucero excelente, muy amable todos los empleados.
Easy and pretty intuitive.
App kept glitching on board and had to open and close it often to restart
I really enjoyed this app it gave me all of my plans for today, but the texting was not what I thought it would be. You would text someone and it wouldn’t even go through🙄. The rest of the app was great though!
Love the concept, but my phone kept getting kicked off of the ship’s WiFi. It was a hit or miss whether I was going to be able to send chat messages to our friends and family who we traveled with.
Love the app and for the most part, easy to navigate. It was frustrating that I could not find my port arrival time in the app. I had the form in my wallet, but never updated to show it there either. But the most frustrating thing is logging in. To be able to use the app before getting on the ship, I needed to hard close the app to log in. I’ve used other Disney apps that don’t make me do that.
This app really helps with navigating throughout your cruise and I do really recommend it when your sailing on the disney cruise!!
I really enjoyed the app.
Tia app was really useful because on the cruise you need to know what to do and this is the perfect app for that
There is so much that could be in this app and just isn’t. It gets you the basic information, but it takes a four day cruise before you get the hang of it. Wish there was more information before sailing. And for the love of God let us shop for our next cruise while we’re on board!
My phone got unlinked from the cruise and I lost my chat history mid way. That was annoying.
One Thousand out of ten
Site text font too small - site is not intuitive!!
It took a while to learn the features, but useful once using for a bit. Recommend some tutorial videos.
It would be awesome if the app and the magic bands would allow you to track members of your party onboard like other companies. As a parent this would be so helpful.
The app was very glitchy and did not always have the most recent information. Would have been nice to have more hard copies on the ship.
I wish the map for castaway was easier to find, and I wish the boat map would show you where you were kind of like the my Disney experience app. I also wish you could see pictures in the app like the my Disney experience app. Having an outside site is pretty inconvenient and with how busy you are on the boat it’s hard to get to shutters to view. I think people would be more likely to buy if they could view from the app. Overall great! I loved getting to favorite activities so that I could do eve
Wish there was a Search.
This year was even better than last year! The Marvel day at sea was 100 times better with more character interaction this year. Got every picture I wanted. These will make a lot of kids smile at the Restaurant I work at!
Not much info prior to cruise date. App often seems to be locked up due to high usage. Could not access on day of embarkation
The only way to get pictures is to connect to dcl wifi however it is so hard to connect. Pictures are also not available to see in the app just like wdw app. Hopefully this will be available to the app next time.
Indispensable for cruising with Disney. I would love to see weather info added to it while on board. One thing that never did work was prepaying gratuities.
We have cruise, Disney now eight times getting ready to do a back-to-back to make our 9th time. The Royal app is a lot better. You can do a pre-check in for shows which is the best because none of them end up crowded that way. You can still go into a show anytime you want. It is 10 minutes before.
App would be better if it had gps like directional help in the app to find places on board. MMS type feature would be great in the app as well.
It’s a decent enough app but I don’t see how to book a cruise on it. Also, I don’t want to carry my phone everywhere i go while on vacation. Kind of defeats the purpose. I like the paper navigator better.
Great app it helped with the trip a lot no problems great app
2 Negative User Reviews for Disney Cruise Line Navigator
This app works maybe 1 out of 10 times. And it’s been that way for at least 3 weeks. The website is the same way. Come on Disney, you are a huge company do better. For those who want more details, what happens is it fails to retrieve your reservation.
This app is super convenient but geez it takes so long to load. It can be confusing for neurodivergent folks to find simple answers. Please make the app more accessible for disabled users.
