After booking my tickets, I immediately went to make reservations at the cantina in Star Wars land. When I selected the only available time (6:20 pm) it buffered, told me to re-select time and date or a different one. It told me I no longer could select that day. I’m livid.

I’m old, and I don’t like technology. The cast member was patient with me! She help me link my tickets to the Disneyland app! Bravo! Young lady, I can’t remember your name, but you were the best!

The convenience and ease of using this app is a bonus, and a real life saver for use in navigating ALL areas of the park. Order food. Make reservations for meals and virtual que attractions like the Holliday Haunted Mansion. I also LOVE having the client to add a reminder for where I parked my car.

We take our whole extended family to Disneyland every summer and normally have an exceptional experience. This year, many of the cast members seemed unhappy and somewhat aggressive in their approach to the crowd. Our nieces and nephew had their feelings hurt a few times throughout the day by cast members. May reconsider our vacation option next summer. Do better Disney.

It’s stuck in the genie + details page. I can’t exit out and the done button is not working.

I am a little older. Not by much lol. But it would be nice if the app was easier to navigate. A more straightforward list would be nice. Instead you get a dynamic approach which can be fun but confusing

Sure wish we were there to celebrate with you! The app allows us to be with you no matter where we are! It’s fun to see the wait times and plan a make believe day at the park! Until our next visit from Washington State! Rick Cline

If your in Disney this is a life changer to book tickets see the times for rides and genie pass 5/5 totally recommend get this app for you and your loved ones

The app and Genie and the new lighting lane are so hard for us. We are tot technical at all. So miss the days of go into the park get a fast pass and move to the next. That was all the complications. Now we need to go to Disney App. Training college. Not to mention the complication getting the handicap pass for my ill wife. I do hope a compassionate concerned person reads my note Thank you

Can’t wait to get to Disneyland to enjoy app there!

New updated feature when you look at the map repositions the screen everytime you click a ride. It was much better when it stayed still as you already had it. Now I have to move the screen every time I want to look at rides in the same area. Not to mention it makes my eyes go crazy to see all the movement. Please put it back to normal.

This app is very helpful and time saving, I believe we get more for our money by being able to plan our day at the the happiest place in the world. Thank for the best memories with our families 😊👍

Trying to get tickets and get the system error issue, now I have to check to see if I’m double charged. Why can’t this just be easy!

My son and I are extremely excited that my financial I could get us Magic Key passes! We look forward to creating great memories at Disneyland and California Adventures!

Was disappointed bought lightning passes for my family but could not use them. We tried on Buzz Light Year they told us no. We tried on Pirates Caribbean they said no. I had my Son that had a cast that had a doctor note to stay off his foot and the told him he had to walk the line to the area where they load people on boats. We had to wait more then 4 hours for the haunted house. We were unable to get a return time because we had another return time you can only have one. You need to make th
