Documents: File Manager & Docs App Reviews

I downloaded the app and canceled the subscription on the same day. Even so, Apple is still trying to charge $7.99, and because I did not authorize or use the paid service, my Apple ID is now blocked due to a billing error. I did not use the app beyond the initial download. This is urgent, as it is preventing me from accessing essential Apple services. Please fix this billing issue and confirm the cancellation/refund.

The sound of music dim when I receive a notification and never come to normal, I have to relaunch the app.

Both iOS and macOS versions crashing every time I try to use them. Only started after I upgraded to paid version

I have been using this app for my daily work for long time, it is easy to keep the the documents organized.

I personally think this app is the best app to handle your files, my sons uses this to download Minecraft mods and it always goes well!

This app is amazing I have everything I need, I read book, study ,watch movies and literally everything! But it needs more options for drawing and writing with pencil .think it would he nice if you add more pen options like pencil writing and dot writing. Also it would be great if you add more page layout and design. Thank you so much

Dear Readdle Team, First, I want to say thank you for this awesome app. Second, before the latest update, I could rename files easily by sliding them to left and clicking on the renaming button. However, after the latest update, this feature is gone and only the delete button is available, also the process for renaming becomes somewhat time consuming. Please look into this and bring back that feature. Thanks 🙏🏻 UPDATE: Thank you so much for bringing this option back; I really appreciate it. 🌸

I love everything about this app one of my favorites if not my favorite just wish I could change the pictures of my music like the album covers

As the title says above everyone. It’s a very good app and I love it. The only problem is that there’s not a delete feature for the “on my iPad” part for Minecraft. I have a Poppy Playtime map and an untitled folder are in my Minecraftworlds folder. The map is on there but it doesn’t show up in the game due to the map being not supported to 1.20. Do you think ya’ll can add this feature to a future update please? Thanks.

Documents seems to do everything. Whenever I’m stuck on a task and seek out a specific app for support, a search for recommendations almost always lists Documents. It’s great for reading and annotating PDFs. The SFTP allows me to interact with sensitive files securely. It integrates into iOS and iPadOS seamlessly.

The new update is good but one feature has been removed and made me struggle a little bit. In the last versions, when a download gets canceled for any reason, we could reset it simply and have it downloaded later on, but now, when a download is canceled, it’s gone and you should re-download it. It’s a very Tedious process and I think it should be back again. Thanks for reading

Would make it a 5 star if you could loop videos

This app has always met the need I’ve had. There is a bit of a learning curve as the case is with feature packed apps but well worth the effort. Thank you Documents developers.

Thanks to you bcs this is the most useful app on nonflexible iOS atmosphere I think everybody should be migrated from original apple app to Documents But i think you should have a review on music player, all songs without any categories okaying on app I couldnt find any play list editor to manage songs on that way If music and video player be able to choose directories inside app, i think it could be more familiar and easier to use Regards K. zanganeh

I’ve enjoyed using this app, but not too recently my songs will completely pause on sound. The file will continue playing, but the audio is gone until I hit the rewind button. This problem only occurred with one file at first, but recently it has been almost every file. I hit play and it will play the song for a few seconds, but randomly within the first 15 it will stop playing audio . I feel as if this issue/bug needs to be fixed immediately.

I was using the app with basic features, I use stamp feature a lot and created my own stamps. Now all of a sudden it requires subscription. I don’t need the VPN nor the signing pdf and other advanced features. It is annoying that a feature I use for ages suddenly needs payment, and not a one time or simple price. How can I trust that in the upcoming updates no more free features get locked ??
