I’m new to fasting and have found the daily goals, meal ideas and fasting “how to” resources valuable as I start my journey.
Love the app but needs updating It is not formatted for 16Pro Max layout. The back button is in line with the time and does not respond to tapping Also the header row is lost in the notch. 2nd can we scan a barcode of an item to add as food. That would be a great update Thanks
Found the app friendly and functional. But let the buyer beware - if you try and cancel “normally” you’ll receive a notice that refunds must be processed by email. Because of this I was automatically charged $32.99 one month after my “free” signup period. You can cancel your account but they will still charge you unless you reach out by email. The associated BurnBox product is even more difficult to cancel - my second “quarterly” shipment was sent a month after the first, arriving the very day I
I really do like this app. An eye opener on how much water I actually drink and what exactly is happening while I am fasting. I do wish it would register more of the foods I eat for the calories, etc. The app has the barcode scanner but it never works. If I had this app teamed/joined with an app that could give you the nutrient labels that would be amazing.
I like the app but would be better if I could manually enter additional activities and steps.
Worse customer service!!! Over charged due to an error made. They claim there is nothing they can do seeing I canceled my account. Return emails seem to be AI generated!! Sad we no longer care about customer relations *update finally after putting a claim in with PayPal they were able to offer me a credit.
The only thing I found frustrating so far is when I log, for instance, a taco salad. It only gives me the option of 1 serving. When I only ate a 1/2 serving.
This is a good app but its one dimensional and not worth the cost. They need to improve the food tracker. The food options to choose from are in weird measurements and often don't allow you to adjust portion size. Its important piece of the app to track your food but its just not a good system sadly i will not be renewing after my first three months.
I’ve been using the app for a week now. I’m surprised at how easy it is to follow the recommended fasting guidelines that were set according to my information that I entered. When it is time to end the fasting period I am ready to eat, but I’m not as famished as I thought I’d be. And I’ve lost 4 pounds. I’m optimistic this is going to work for me.

This app started out great. It’s very informative and made it easy for me to choose which fast worked best for me. I did the 6 month subscription. Now, 4 months later, it keeps freezing and will not allow me to log my fasting times on time. The app does not continue to keep up with my fasts. I will not continue my subscription
Will be nice if they recommend what to eat for breakfast, launch and dinner like a meal plan
App keeps resetting my fast times and won’t update my weight, revert to original weight every day. I like the app, but this is frustrating.
From the standpoint of measuring fasts, it does the trick. I also like that you can add your own meal/macros. However, it lacks too much capability. You cannot find enough meals in the database to track your diet, nor can you measure your exercises that might build a calorie surplus for the day. There are better options out there.
I like the overall concept of your system but I am disappointed that you haven’t included a way to automatically download nutrition information into your calorie count. Yes, I can do this myself but this is the first system I’ve seen that doesn’t do it automatically.
Hello, I wish you would add ounces/ cups to the measuring of foods. I have no idea how many grams are in a 1/2 cup of frozen carrots for example. I have to get out of the app and look things up online. Big waste of time. Thank you, Beth-Ann
It’s only been 3 days and I’ve noticed a difference. A few lbs down, many more to go, with this app it will be easy. I’ll repost in a month when I expect to see a lot more pounds off.
Finally a solution to taking accountability for my food, fitness & overall wellness.
Would love to add exercise option
I love the app and all the information and support it gives me. The only thing I would like to see is maybe a scanner that can pull up other food items other than the recipe’s included. I enter the calories myself which is good but would love that feature. Other than that it is great!! 👏
I love the style and format of this app. Everything is layed out very simply! It gives you options to track your fasting as well as general health. And I really like the recipes and workout sections! There are a ton of details and nutrition information listed under each recipe with clear guidelines on how to follow!
I feel list needs to be expanded to document meals
Like the fasting timer and reminders. Wish the app would sync with Garmin (steps), or allow manually step add. Do not like the calorie tracker - not user friendly. Wish I could scan bar code to get data.

If you're working out at home this is the best app since there are no equipment needed. Do follow the routine and feed in your parameters in the tracker. Tip- Just very slowly, add a decrease in your food intake and watch the weight drop. I've lost 10kgs in 5 months.
App is awesome is has a great routine program i’ve been looking for an app like this with multiple exercises to keep me motivated! Great stuff!
Definitely an easy workout.... good to get your feet wet. Low impact, quick, no equipment req'd. Good for an evening and morning quick workout/stretch.
if i mute the sound from ads then there is no sound from the app. you have to unmute the ads next time they appear. the sound options from app and even phone will have no effect
I have been using this app for a while now, and it is amazing. It helps me with keeping track of how much time I haven’t eaten for. And I love it. And you should try it too.
App is very useful and beginner friendly. If you are dieting it is especially helpful as you can track how much time it has been between each meal. That is what I like most about it.

App is incredibly fluid and simple to use for all ages and capabilities.
Have used other trackers and find that this one is extremely difficult to log meals. Either can’t find exactly what looking for or there is no such good in their system. Need that to have the ease of carb manager then this app would be great
This app has pulled out all of the stops. Compared to other apps that say they can help you lose weight with fasting, this one has thought of everything.It is user-friendly and has multiple things in one area. I love the step counter built in! I can also appreciate the water intake counter.

I think the app is good and it’s a great idea, but we should have a choice to pick what metric we use. I use pounds not kilograms.

For 37 dollars a month the app is very glitchy. It frequently has to be reloaded and changes my fasting times. And a lot of times I can hardly put my info in to record.
So far I’ve lost 10 pounds and still working on it. Having the tools to track are very helpful in keeping me focused. I’ve tried other methods but this is much more flexible.

The food tracking isn't good; "Lose it" has a much more robust and friendly way to do that. But, I bought the DoFasting Smart Scale. I love the information it gives me, such as hydration and bone and muscle mass. But to use the scale's connectivity, you HAVE to subscribe. AND, it does NOT share the data with the Apple Health app. So, I guess it would be worthwhile, if the other tracking aspects were better.
When it works it is great but lately it repeatedly loses all my data and makes me start over.
