Dr. Mona was so fantastic when I spoke to her just a moment ago, while we were on our way to Orlando she advised us regarding our sons possible ear infection. She has so much patience and deep kindness and deep care. Everything you could possibly want in an urgent situation like that. She applied great expertise and very calming caring and kind ways.
