Dollar tree used to have a decent website however since the “update” (ie: removing important information about your online orders due to less staff and not wanting to promise something they can’t keep up with due to staff shortage and laying people off, the “newer” website offers the paying customer less information about where their order is at. Not a good business tactic/ move at all. Bring back the option to see your orders online.

It’s an ok app although it can be a little bit confusing

Needs to add an “In Store” filter. What good is it to find what I want on the app but it’s not in stock at any nearby stores?

It would be so helpful if Dollar Tree offered online shopping with in-store pickup or drive-up service. As a mother of three and a caregiver for my aging parents, saving time is a big need. Being able to order online and have it ready would help families like mine stay on budget and stress less. Dollar Tree is my favorite store and already helps me save so much money, adding this service would make it even better!

I love this app but the reason I can’t give it 5 stars is for two reasons. 1) why is the maximum number of items the wishlist can have is 30? 2) why is there no option for dark mode? Once these changes are made, I will give 5 stars

Favorites list only holds up to thirty items can you update to hundreds or unlimited.

The apps looks nice but it would be nice to be able to order items and not just look them. If I want to do that I would go straight to the store

I think it would be great to be able to add your receipt to the app.

It’s good that this app is made, I won’t have to go on the safari website, however it doesn’t say if an item is available at a store or not like the safari website does. And I can’t zoom in the pictures of an item I’m looking at either. Having these features make the app better.

It's nice to finally have an official app. I use this all the time to help my customers. I work at my local Dollar Tree. I tell them all the time to make sure you download the new Dollar Tree app! It's really nice to look at and clean and easy to use. The Price Scanner feature is really nice. That's something I tell my customers about as well.

It would be helpful to be able to expand the pictures of products on the app - both from the company’s description and the pictures from reviews. It is hard to see what is being described when they are so little and can’t be expanded Please fix this so we can really see what we’re looking at.

I rarely right reviews but I’ve been waiting for this app to launch! It’s clean looking, user friendly and … It’s the actual dollar tree app! I just downloaded it from their website to be sure I was getting the right one! So far so great with it and I can’t wait to see what it’s like to order!

Glad to see you have an app! Would it be possible to be able to see if a particular item is in stock at a selected store? I may have missed it, but I didn’t see that feature. Thanks so much. : )

This is what I’ve been waiting for I absolutely love it, now the only thing that would make this 1 million times better if we could order in app 😍😍

App is ok to find an item, but no way to see if item is available in my store. I’m deleting the app going back to browser mode. Even in browser mode if a store is not a “Ship to this store” you can’t see inventory. Wasted a few trips to Dollar Tree.

As I’m happily adding products to my favorites (my shopping list), I get this warning: “My Favorites List is Full Remove older products in order to add more to My Favorites.” I have never gotten that warning on any other retail store’s app. It’s foolish to cap customers on how many items they can keep on their shopping list - especially a dollar store capping at 30 items.

It’s very frustrating to need dimensions & details and not have them provided at all. The Product Detail link doesn’t work. All items need better descriptions & dimensions given to help make an informed purchase. Either fix it or remove it.

Date: June 8th, 2024 Dollar Tree app for iOS (version 1.2.0) There is a Facebook link inside of the Dollar Tree app. This link should take the user to a Facebook page for Dollar Tree. It does not. It takes the user to a, “this content isn’t available right now” error message. Please fix, either by linking to an official Facebook page, or by removing the link from the app. Thank you!

App won’t let me favourite all the stuff I want to try. Frustrating. When I click the categories it says showing all zero products. That’s not accurate at all I have to re load the app each time I want to look at another category. Why can’t I click on the pictures?

I was really excited to download this but I haven’t even been on it for 5 minutes and it keeps crashing. Really disappointing

I was shopping on the.com site and saw there was an app available and was thinking that would be super helpful for purchasing. However, all you can do is look at items you can’t even see if it’s in stock, and you certainly cannot order it through the app so it’s kind of a uselessz I’ll improve my rating if the app improves.
