Love the product get annoyed of the donation option just get rid of it, if I wanna help kids ill do it on my own time not through dominoes

For Dec 2025 the watch tracker app is gone and the core app is massively overhauled but it removed a lot of key functionality useful to me. Having ability to “see my past orders” is key to determining whose turn is it to order in a group where we take turns. The coupons presentation is gone or so mangled they all looks similar and finding the coupon id like to use is a difficult. Will see if it gets better.

The cash detail is amazing

Trying to use just two different coupons and the app keeps crashing once you select a different coupon.

There is no reason to charge me so much for changing sauce type. It is infuriating red sauce upsets my stomach and acid reflux. But I can’t change the sauce without taking a topping slot is just stupid. Large 1 topping is a Cheese pizza with BBQ sauce like wtf

Your last update made it so can I see the welcome dialogue but it does not open and allow me to order. Fortunately I have other options so I won’t go hungry tonight. The employees at Dominoes are great; the app has sadly taken a huge leap backwards and no longer serves customers.

This was my first time using the app on an iPad, as I usually order on my phone. Great app! But I was surprised to see I couldn’t tip with the iPad the way you can with the mobile app. It could be that I just didn’t notice the tip option on the iPad, but I did look around for it. In conclusion, it would be great if y’all could include the tip option for the iPad app as well! :D

Best pizza. Just wanna say that there isn’t a way to use “easy order” on the app. It send you to the website in a browser. There should be a category called “saved orders” or something on top of the menu as soon as an order is started

They don’t leave anywhere that a tip can be added. I looked and couldn’t find anything. When you get contactless delivery, it is imperative that it is there.

To many glitches, the app keeps starting me over and sometimes want let me go back to the previous screen. Maybe it’s a operating system issue, not sure, it this issue occurs ever now and again when I decides to place an order

The new app design looks good but can you add tipping in the app for people who still use contactless deliveries. Thanks.

I tried several coupons but the app stated that the coupon, although the app said available Local, was not available. Waste of money, and sadly waste of food. I bought large instead of medium.

Great app. Would be five stars if I could tip in the app and not tape envelopes to my front door. Able to tip if placing order online., should be able to here as well.

Love the ease of ordering with the exception I did not see a way to add extra toppings on our pizza. Maybe I missed it but after 10 mins finally gave up.

It’s very complicated if you wanted to order for a later time. Later time should be added at check out. It’s annoying

Why can’t you enable a simple Face ID feature ? I am sick of remembering password and then enter to place an order.

Y’all need to add driver tip when paying with card. I ordered delivery, but ended up having to leave my house to go to the atm, so I’d have money for the drivers tip.

I am only rating the app. It takes way too long to order a pizza. Maybe you should consider going back to phone orders if you cannot make this better. It should not be a frustrating experience to order a pizza. Maybe if you used pleasant people to take your orders, that would be an improvement.

Why do you not allow us to add a tip to a credit/debit purchase in the app?

This app is very easy to use with voiceover! I was able to order pizza for the whole family even though I am visually impaired… Success!

I gave the app 4 stars and not 5 stars, because the app doesn’t allow for true contactless delivery. When you make your payment the app doesn’t allow you to add a tip. You have to physically give it to the driver…that is not contactless delivery.

Super easy and simple to use!

If you want to do contactless delivery, but have no cash, you can’t leave a tip. So I do traditional delivery. But if there was a way to leave a tip online, I could do contactless delivery.

It’s a great app, no doubt about that. But, everytime I tried to add the code for redeems, it kicks me out and I have to start my order from from scratch again.

App is okay for the most part, a few hiccups. Main one being when trying to enter a verification code to use points for a free pizza, app will crash. App also restarts if you try to go to your email and reopen the app

The app needs to allow the customer the ability to add a tip when ordering for a contactless delivery. It is not fair to the delivery person. I bet a lot of customers wouldn't tip.

It usually works fine. But tonight, I’ve put in an order 5 times and the app keeps crashing right before I submit the order. I’m hungry!

This app could be a lot better with 2 things. Allow Apple Pay/Paypal on the iPad version. Allow you to save your order on your login and come back to it to complete the purchase. Also, the Credit Card scanner didn’t work either. The Website works better.

This app does not show where to enter the driver’s tip.

I’m a happy customer everytime I order

This app is honestly so easy to navigate. I’ve never had problems using this app. I love the ordering system and how they keep it basic and simple. Plus I love dominos pizza and would rather order on apps than call so I’m glad they have this option always

One of the major benefits of an app is not having to login. Why does this one not remember me? It’s made even worse that I can’t reuse any passwords. No chance whatsoever of remembering yet another password. Otherwise, the app does what it’s supposed to.

Very easy to order my favorite pizza every time and very easy to create a new pizza order when we want.

I enjoy and appreciate the ease of ordering through this app. It makes it easy to go back and make changes when necessary and to see what I’m ordering. Keep up the great work!

Maybe I’m missing it somewhere but why would y’all remove the ability to leave a tip using the app

And why does it continue tracking after the delivery is complete if you don’t completely close the app out? You guys selling my data too??

It didn’t give options to add extra items to my sandwiches and that’s annoying. I just wanted extra cheese. Then when I went to pay, I don’t have my physical card on me so I copied my number from my banking app and when I switched to the doninos app again it had gone back to the pick how you pay part of the order. Then I had to renter my card numbers because when I copied them, they had dashes between the numbers. I feel like this is a bug that needs fixed. I miss the old dominos website.
