Love DoorDashing for quick extra cash to pay bills and what not, but the Dasher app is constantly timing out when you need it most, which impedes the deliverperson from doing their job. It timed out on me and I couldn’t load the confirmation page for 15-20 minutes which is frustrating to say the least. Please make it more stable and invest in good development and improvement. Also please create a similar “proof of trip” status badge for law enforcement and emergency vehicles just in case you g

It’s a good way to make money don’t get me wrong but y’all need to add a feature where it’ll tell you if the order requires you to go through a toll so that people can be sure to avoid things like that.

It is not showing alternate routes like google map. Since 06/08/2024 it will not offer any Dash along the way orders. Weekly dasher earring reduced by 100-120 dollars. Try to request dasher support they highlighted this issue with their technical team. Sometimes app get hang while accepting orders it is affecting the acceptance rate.

You should make tipping mandatory & cap at certain mileage so people can actually make money

seriously? the map doesnt track location so kinda not helpful to have to move the map all the time to see locations. also safety checkin prompt blocks the screen like all the time its not helpful

App won’t let me sign in. App on iphone show that I used adequate credentials yet won’t go past the sign in screen. It does a little load then wipes the password bar clear.

Doordash has allowed me to make additional side money when it fits my schedule. The key is to pay attention to the instructions on each order and communicate with each customer. Also, work towards top dasher status. The metrics are everything: the digital overlords have arrived.

I have been doing this for about 6 weeks now. I enjoy the freedom that comes with the schedule. I like making my own schedule. My experience with the app is sometimes frustrating when I choose a zone that says they are busy, but, then I end up waiting 10 to 15 minutes between orders. I’m still not clear on the protocol when there are issues at the store with the orders. I have had decent experiences with dasher support.

I love working delivery DD is my first app .The app has to be manually refreshed all the time especially after returning to zone. It just states on the screen looking for orders or get back to zone when i already am. It freezes up or stalls everyday!

This customer was so patient with me being lost didn’t yell at me didn’t get mad. I really felt the love.

Trying to verify my ID and says my camera isn’t working, only to prompt me with “check camera” and open my camera. Face verification doesn’t allow me to verify if ID I just took. Very buggy and not support to help

App is ok at best. It could use some improvements, such as the hotspots resetting sooner than 10 minutes or getting orders that are actually close to your starting point. Also, I’ve been asked to reset my acceptance rate twice now but the rates were still the same. Lastly, I thought DoorDash was already in enough trouble from stealing people tips… I end up earning more than I originally thought on a number of orders, so how are they 100% transparent about the actual amounts we are owed when they

I have two suggestions… 1) customers who elect not to tip should be charged an auto-gratuity based on the price/distance. 2) dashers should be able to switch zones without closing out their current dash. Thus allowing them to see what zones are busy without having to end the current dash.

Alright, after getting the hang of this I am impressed, however, the part that makes me give this only 3 stars is that we are not compensated for waiting on the order when it is not ready. Time is Money as the saying goes and it is true when your trying to take on many orders as possible in a set schedule. Also you guys still need an Apple carplay version. Would be awesome.

Great app to make side money it really is. Few things tho, they need to add a map you can draw where you don’t want to pickup food or deliver. I don’t deliver to ghetto.. or on base go thru a checkpoint drive all slow waste of my time

Please fix this app, because it runs so slow I miss turns using the gps in the app. The GPS in the app regularly lags behind and Other buttons in the app are also slow to respond to my touch. No other app on my phone runs this slow, so I know it isn’t my phone, an iPhone 12 Pro running iOS 16.

The app is going to a white screen and it says the area is busy but no orders come up.

The GPS within the app is horrible!!

I’ve been dashing for a while and just recently got a new phone. When I try to log in on my new device it keeps saying Login Error! How can I resolve this. Other then that problem it’s a 5 star

For a while now you can’t read customer quotes. I’d love it if you could fix that. There’s so little about this job that is rewarding, at least I could know what nice things people say about me!

I hate seeing my acceptance rate low but only offering 2.75 for a 6 mile trip is just funny. And when they say add this order to your run ITS ON THE WAY!!!! Check that. I had to go 2 miles in the complete opposite direction and drive back past the store to make the original stop. Complete joke

The money seems small and then you get tips to feel much better.

I really enjoy dashing it fits my lifestyle and extra cash is always nice just wish I had bigger orders cash wise sometimes.

The pay is so low it’s not worth it In what you spend on gas

Some one rammed in to me while i was in the drive through of another dash so i had some difficulty with the delivery.

Perfect for this Morning

There are so many orders with no tip or very little. Not sure if I’m breaking even with the cost of gas. Merchants are in no hurry and a lot of lobbies are closed which means I have to wait in drive thru lines.

First day was Ok. But first order was taken with someone and another order’s address was wrong . No order for pick up. Half of my miles were out of the my work zone and returned with empty over 10 miles . I hope tomorrow will be better than today. Thank you

Like to see what DoorDash pay or better pay because of gas prices or some sort of break

Your app is best but only for phones not for iPads or tablets it’s looks like b grade app or never get improved for iPad iOS please make for iPads

Not bad ... it only took me one time to figure it all out .. first delivery was a double delivery ..glad for the opportunity .

being a part of the Doordash family as a delivery driver has been one of the best things i have ever done ! i am always treated amazingly

Hey, I get it, there are a lot of people trying to DoorDash. But I shouldn’t be sitting in my car for over two hours on a Saturday during summer and make $20. (I am in California where the minimum wage is $16). If you have too many dashers that’s fine, but I’m putting wear and tear on my car and driving around to get to hotspots and getting zero orders. Don’t say I’m going to get an order within 3-13 minutes and then I’m sitting in a parking lot for 40 minutes.
