Great coupon…went to use….made sure it wasn’t expired. Read the fine print. Went to place an order and sing coupon and it was for new DD customers only. It doesn’t say that on the coupon. Very misleading.

I weigh 700 lbs so it’s hard getting in my car so DoorDash really helps

Need to work on compensating customers when order not right

Your menus should be the same as the restaurants menu don’t make sense why you would have a different menu and you can’t order half items on your pizzas meaning as if I want pepperonis on half and green peppers on the other half

Overall good but I feel sooo bad because I never have enough money to tip the drivers😔

My order was just perfect! Was delivered within about 20 min. And included the extra whipped cream & Toasted almonds on the side. Great service! Thank you.

After using DoorDash for over 2 years, I have to say I can’t complain. Customer Service is above and beyond and they are extremely understanding and kind. The app is very easy to use and allows you to order effortlessly. After using other delivery apps, I must say DoorDash wins.

This is a great app most of the time but I’m subscribed to dash pass even though I don’t remember ever signing up for that and it won’t let me unsubscribe every time I try to

It’s great and all for convenience. However, aside from the additional fees and charges, each item listed on the menu for all the restaurants and stores are up charged at least a couple of dollars… so even though you can save on the “”additional fees” with the dash pass, you still overpay with the hidden raised costs of all the products. :/

Door dash is great! I have a special person who was sick and I am in another state! I’m able to order and get them a meal to help them! Than you for your service!

They really need to add a feature to save one address is your home address and then have another address that you’re at in the current moment.

I love the cancel order option while showing you the order on screen. Product manager approved!!!

I have no issues with Door Dash except for dash pass. Like many larger businesses; the goal is to make you think or feel you are getting a deal. Save your $10 each month.

It’s actually quite decent so far they have options for me to select I can customize stuff I can give it four stars

I’m curious to know why some restaurants don’t show up on my DoorDash but show up on my dad’s DoorDash app. Exact same address and everything.
