I have to quit playing this game which would be extremely relaxing were it not for the ads that constantly pop up. They are a waste of time and very annoying.

I swear this game has the longest freaking ads in the world. Sometimes the app will randomly open safari under same random link… pretty sketchy

This is my 100th time playing the game, running out of room, watching the ad to continue and then automatic loss. It wouldn’t be so bad if it didn’t take 30 mins to get to the place where the game is a challenges. I wish I could start the duly challenges at 20.

I already got to 35 make it go to 50 otherwise great game

I bought the no AD and got a new phone now it shows ads ugh game is cool and keeps you busy and mind active but I wish I didn’t have to repay for it now I’m stuck watching ads

Game freezes at a certain point. Has medals on a track in the middle of the screen but then can’t continue playing.

This was my favorite game for years but the ads have ruined it. I would’ve gladly paid for a totally ad free version of the game but that isn’t an option. The ads are intrusive and totally interrupt the flow of the game. I loved this game because it was relaxing but now it just irritates me. Sorry to say goodbye to this game but it is not playable anymore.

I really enjoy the game minus the irritatingly long ads, however in recent weeks there has been ongoing issues with no sound during play. The clicks when merging tiles really adds to the fun and keeps the game interesting. Playing the game in silence is not the same and just a bore. Please fix this as I don’t want to have to quit.

Ever since the iOS 26.0 update, my phone gets very hot when I play this game. This has never happened before in the five years I’ve had the game.

I recently had reload this app. I’ve refreshed my purchase, but if I opt to “continue”, I still see ads. I’ve requested several times to please restore my purchase in full. But nothing has changed. 😡

I bought the ad free version a long time ago and I started playing the game again. When I lose a level and choose to play on, I have to watch ads again. Why did the ads come back without the option of restoring my purchases?

This turns off your music when youre playing its sooooo annoying

This is a fun, addictive game. I have been playing for awhile and I even purchases the no-ad version. With the latest update my no ads are not available. Is there a way to restore that?

With the latest update, I can no longer listen to other audio streams on my phone when this game is open. This is my favorite game to play when feeding my baby in the middle of the night, and I like to listen to an audiobook or podcast at the same time to help keep me awake. Removing the ability to listen to books or podcasts has required me to look elsewhere for another simple, fun game that fits the bill. I hope to be able to come back to Drag n Merge someday, though!

I love this game because it keeps me busy. I start off really good, the blocks move nicely. But after I lose my first life and continue the game freezes and the blocks get stuck while the timer continues to go. It makes me mad because I’ll be so close to getting the number I want but the game will not cooperate due to the constant freezing. Can you please fix this issue.

I understand ads, but they are too long. It is extremely frustrating!

Many times after watching an ad for a lost life, the game will just end and tell me to try again.

I love the game, but it freezes on the ads quite often. Because of this, I have to delete the app then reload.

This used to be my favorite game by far now because of all the issues lately I am really getting frustrated and considering deleting it. You have one or two stars left and the game automatically ends. At first I thought I was imagining it and maybe I didn’t have extra chances left. Now it happens all the time. Another issue is it constantly freezes up in ads. So annoying.

Can we go higher than level 35? Let it be unlimited.

I loved this but recently it stopped letting me listen to music and play.Thought it was a glitch and uninstalled and reinstalled but No so I can’t play anymore Cause I don’t wanna hear the game music

Edit: I reported this problem just a couple of weeks ago & you fixed it!! So happy! It’s a joy to be listened to. I’m completely addicted again. I liked Drag n Merge so much I purchased it. However, since your last update a few days ago I cannot play it while listening to my podcasts or anything else. When I bring the game up it silences my podcasts. Until this happened it was five stars.

Simple, fun, challenging and addictive. One of my favorite game apps ever…. I could even deal with the many ads and the long ads, except that the ads are often freezing so you lose your progress and have to reboot the game

Very interesting game, I play every day. I pause the game if I busy and when I enter the game again it starts another level, I don't like this, I have accumulated many points, I want to keep playing, I don't want start a new level. Please fix that. Thanks

The whole point of the game is to keep on beating your previous or high score. Since there’s no award system in this game, you’d think they would be able to keep a simple task as counting the score bug free. However, I recently beat my girlfriend’s score and counting but the next day when I opened the app, the score was reduced by 20k and my highest score was not recorded. Something needs to be done.

This is one of 3 games I’ve paid for. But the app now acts like I didn’t pay for it. I have no idea how to get the App Store to reload it in its paid version but it’s ads every time my numbers get to the top. Super annoying.

I really enjoy the game. It makes me feel like I have something organized in my life! BUT the ads are killing me! I’m not the only one saying this. There is one that requires I shut down the app to get back to my game. I also like to listen to podcasts while I play, the ad interruptions are consultant and freaking annoying.

This is not a game as there are no rewards or bonuses - unless you consider watching ads as one - and no strategic way to win. You basically “play” until they give you so little time of gameplay that you can no longer unlink the blocks anymore. Can an “are you sure” button be added to the new game button, please. I get to a very high score and I accidentally hit the new game button and have to start all over again from zero, all because the new game option instantly takes affect.

Start up the game, immediately An ad. Get into a game, ad. Finish game, ad, back to Menu, ad. It’s tiring. After a while it’s just annoying and the game is mostly Ad’s. Ruins the whole thing. Fun when you do end up playing.

I enjoy this game but I don’t think I understand the scoring system. I just try to get to 20 as many times as I can, starting from 15, but I don’t pay much attention to my points because I don’t know how to maximize them.

The game is overall great but, whenever I made to 15 the timer goes even faster and I end up quitting. Also there are waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay to many ads. So 4 stars

I absolutely love this game but it is advertised for relaxing and I am never relax with this I am trying to get to 20 and my max is 17 and it’s very hard but it is so fun but there are quite a bit of ads

Here is my opinion on Drag n Merge: I love this game. It is SO, SO, SO fun! You should think about playing Drag n Merge. I do wish that you could have different modes, but otherwise it is the absolute best game ever!

Would be better if I were able to go higher than 35 with no finite stopping block number.

Fun game but the excessive quantity and lengthy ads make the app not worthwhile.

Last update introduced a bug that turns off any other app I’m listening too. Won’t use the app if I can’t listen to audiobooks or podcasts while playing.

I am actually really disappointed. A while back now I paid to get rid of ads and for a long time it was great. I played this game a lot. But recently there are ads again…Not just small or short ads. The last few disrupted my ability to play the game for several minutes. I don’t understand, if I paid to avoid ads and then you reintroduce them I should get a refund even if it is for just a few dollars. But even more than that I want to go back to the ad free experience. For now I’ll just stop play

When I first bought this game I purchased it and there were no ads . Then I had to off load it to make room on my I pad for an upgrade . When I reinstalled it it started showing ads at every level and a whole 60 seconds of ads. Sometimes they appear when timer resets. ALL THE FUN IS GONE . I only met it because my granddaughter likes to play it. But I am sure when she sees the recurring ads she is not going to want to play it.
