Dropbox: Files & Photo Storage App Reviews

I use Dropbox every day, but the sorting system needs improvement. newest modified isn’t always accurate. just opening an order file moves it to the top even if nothing meaningful changed. it would make a big difference to have separate filters for newly added files. right now those categories feel mixed together.

Dropbox has been a lifesaver once knowing that you have a place to store your documents and can always retrieve them. It has been very easy to use.

But since I found it I will use it.

I work for a small company that needs to get access to files on a daily basis. I love the dropbox app on my phone and this has been so helpful to me and doing my daily task . It just works ! Thank you, Dropbox !!!!

Keeps nagging me to rate it while I'm trying to get work done. I'm hoping that writing a review. Will get it to leave me alone.

Why are you making it difficulty for me to delete files? Stop playing these games.

The set of things I’d be lost without include my wife, my mechanic, my riding mower and Dropbox. For at least a decade I’ve been using Dropbox as a safe place for my digital treasure and for the transfer of what were then considered obnoxiously large files. I know that many tech groups have entered the space Dropbox occupies for me. The temptation to check them out is underwhelming. I’ve had this amazing app on my since 2011 and I recommend it to all my friends in Iraq when I see them having troubles with losing their photos and videos.thanks to Dropbox you’ll never lose a photo

Dropbox seems to have an inability to sync properly after some updates. This has been going on for years so I don’t ever expect it to be fixed. How much of this is actually the fault of Dropbox I don’t really know because iOS seems to have general problems with third-party file storage providers.

This app needs to update relating to security as the repository for the source code was leaked according to BleepingComputer.

Overall, I have been very satisfied with the app (long time user). I would however like to offer a suggestion to the developers. Please add a “select all” button to the deleted file folder. Currently I have to select one file at a time, or click on multiple files that I wish to delete; this is tedious when there are many files that I want to delete. Thank!!!

the app crashes almost every time i open it. it just freezes up.

Love the way I can incorporate all my music together using other programs yessir! Gotta Look forward to greater updates!

This app is alright, it’s nice to know that there is an app that can hold files and artwork in my case. Though I wish there was a way for me to select more than one file and export it all to the app at the same time. That would be great and more productive at least in my opinion.

Dropbox is a good service, only if it came with End to End encryption will be perfect.

You really need to add a way to convert jpeg’s to png’s within the app itself…

Reliable and great .. never had an issue .. love the reels review functionality … zero complaints Would love to see a way to audit any share settings from a birds eye view to be able to manage them if any are old and open ended with no expiration date

Le daría más estrellas pero hay un par de cosas que me tienen un poco insatisfecho, primero: no encuentro ninguna opción de selección múltiple de archivos al momento de compartir archivos y segundo, creó que 2Gb gratis en la versión Free es muy escasa, en comparación con otras apps que ofrecen 5Gb, 10Gb, 15 Gb Free.

Great cloud service and COULD be the best as far as I’m concerned but they are holding themselves back by not offering more storage plan options for its customers. There are far too many other cloud storage options that offer more reasonable storage plans for people that will never need 2TB of storage. The only thing that is keeping me from being a paying customer with Dropbox is that I (and probably a lot of people) don’t need 2TB of storage. It’s really a shame they don’t offer other options.

Ever since I started using Dropbox I have never needed any other storage app. Easy to use and secure makes it a perfect choice for me!

When someone sends you the link for their drop box it just takes you to the App Store. It doesn’t show you their drop box. Then when I try to copy the link anywhere in the app it just says no results. Also can you add people to share files. Or how do you even share files

I’ve been using Dropbox for many years and I LOVE it - it’s so convenient to be able to see files, etc from DB on my other devices.

I hate the slide bar! As someone who has Terabytes of photo, having separate “pages” that contain roughly each year’s photo is way cleaner to browse than going through an infinite scroll bar… please change back!

Hard to copy and paste!

Video files upload extremely slow and I also had video files not show up after uploading them.

The dates function doesn’t work. You would think that would work in 2022. Also when you get a link and try to open it in the app. It doesn’t work. It says click open app and it will open app but. It doesn’t work‼️

Dropbox provides a secure yet easy platform to store file etc! Kudos!

Your app is almost perfect except one thing that absolutely drives me up the wall is no way to easily select all or select pictures in a folder fast so if you have 1000 pictures in a folder you want to download, you have to select every single one.

I too would be lost without Dropbox! It is the BEST app , none better. It is my go to App for everything. Best of all I know every thing is going to be where I put it. I would give Dropbox 5+ stars 🌟 if I could.
