I called the Columbia, SC store and couldn’t get the information then I called 1866.DSW.SHOES and spoke with Mafee. She searched for the details then asked if she could call me back because it was taking her so long. Finally she called me back and confirmed that the Brooks were applicable for the offer. Just ordered a pair of combat boots for my niece who fell in love with them while out shopping with a friend but she didn’t have enough money with her to buy them. In this day of poor Customer Service, I don’t know how DSW in Villa La Jolla does it but the stuff is so nice and helpful and they deserve a raise! I was even there past closing time and they were so helpful anyway, which is very rare. Today is 05/25/2024And the two young ladies and young man that were working, there were terrific!
