Love this app you can order on line and pick up in store just in case they don’t have what u need

First time ordering from this site was a breeze!

Love the selection of products. Their sales come in clutch for my kids and wife. Me sometimes lol. But overall they solid on most items and prices.

Had this app for some years now and is way better then that SNKRS app haven’t missed a drop yet and the drip they have be fiya

App is weird to operate. Sometimey. Sometimes it’ll let you enter raffles and then the other it tells you to sign in and there’s no way to sign in. Filters does NOT work properly and most importantly, I have been robbed of all my trendsetter points and CS is horrible and is NOT knowledgeable of the app or anything regarding. Frustrating dealing with DTLR. Dislike company

I Love it here easy to shop I have been buying from the site for a bout a year every other month only hade on products that wasn’t what I expected but other then that I’m here for My sneakers I always buy 6 or more at a time THanks Michelle

DTLR has good timing I just ordered a pair of shoes Thursday and received them Friday morning I love DTLR I’m gone order from them every time

I speak for me myself and I, as an frequent in-store and app user. I can say the experience has been nothing short of spectacular.. app is simple to use and easy to read and in store is very neat and great customer service and experience everytime I go.. DTLR you guys are actually a great store for the culture and us in the urban community thank you keep up the great work ‼️

I really enjoy that DTLR allows you to use afterpay. A lot of other sites do not yet.

I put an order in on March 4. I paid for overnight shipping. Today is the 8th I asked you to haven’t received my order I tracked and it is still sitting At DTLR never given to FedEx at this point I need my money back

Placing an order on the app is much better and quicker than the website. However it takes much more time to order than it should because too many items that should not be in the filtered category come up. For example, I was looking for infant clothing and shoes or booties. The selection is already very limited. More items are available for toddlers and up. But you have to search through big boys and girls items to get to the few baby items. I knew exactly what I wanted but had to keep scrolling

DTLR is a great story great deals. I bought all my kids and grandkids Brand items from the store.

A lot of stuff on here is discounted and on sale and their very nice no problems great app to order clothes and shoes

Super easy to navigate & check out. The app is really fast, doesn’t lag. Quick add feature is really helpful & I love that Apple Pay is integrated. It’s just like being on a desktop 👍🏼

It’s ok. I would like to be able to view my order as well as tracking for my items. Items come whenever so it would be nice to have descriptions matched with tracking and be able to do that within the app. Going back and forth between the Shop app and DTLR app is kinda wack since the shop app is corny

3rd day in a row app will not open at all

The app will rarely open but when it does it is my preferred method of shopping DTLR. I have tried reinstalling without success.

This app doesn’t let me click any raffles to enter which is very disappointing because it’s only way to enter raffles. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall the app bet still with same results which is very frustrating

When you are not sign in trendsetter reservation is available but when you log in as a trendsetter member raffle is not loading

Someone explain why I get different prices when I go to ur website versus your app!? Literally some items aren’t even on sale on the app and they on sale 30-60% on the website. Yall buggin frfr
