Excellent app. Does what it's supposed to do quite well.

Too much delay between clicking and response on the iMac .Want to cancel subscription but cannot find how?

Works well but the image on an iPad is blurry. They should offer wired support for devices directly connected and improved picture quality.

You better hope you don’t need to cancel your subscription. The website cancel button doesn’t work and they don’t respond to chats or emails.

It always works. That’s what matters. Solid solution for traveling with displays or an iPad and MacBook setup.

All good except sometimes I have to restart my iPad in order to have Duet function.

Even thought I gave the app 5 Stars. I wish the support for wireless android use was better…Still an awesome tool..

I travel for work and using my iPad as a second monitor is amazing and a space saver with my luggage, as I used to travel with a monitor. No longer have to do that.

The support team did not give up. We worked for 3 days trying different things between my iPad and PC. Finally, it worked and is great. Would recommend to anyone. Thanks Vlad in Tech Support for all the effort and patience!

Use it when doing coding schoolwork so I can watch the lesson on my iPad and type on my PC. Absolutely love it, no problems, fast connection, no issues so far.

Since most of my work is done on PC, my iPad Pro has been a great additional screen without having to constantly move screens and or minimize depending on capabilities of the program. Easy to use and for a great yearly price .

Been using this app for years for various reasons. Has worked seamlessly for all applications.

If you are done tweaking the colors of your laptop but there remains lots of poorly shown ones and also happen to have no money, Duet has no rival in being your choice.

Bought this years ago, before iPad and MacOS were as integrated. Hadn’t used in a couple years but needed a second screen for my Windows PC. Just dowloaded the Windows app and it worked great. No complaints, very happy.

The app works as advertised, and allows me to use my 12.9” iPad Pro as a second monitor for my Windows 11 laptop. It’s super easy to get going, and once you get it working just as you want it’s set it and forget it. I’m so glad to be able to have a second monitor while traveling!

It’s a little pricey, but worth it. Does what it claims to do and is easy to use.

App works seamlessly. Had an issue and app support responded promptly to resolve the issue. Definitely recommend.

I have used this consistently at work for the past couple of years. The most recent update caused issues with what was normally a rock solid app. Customer service (Hector) was quick to provide a response with a simple solution that had me back up and running in no time.

This is a great tool however the view from my tablet is a bit distorted.

I’m changing my score from 1 to 5 stars, i sent an email specifying my issue, right away they answer with the solution, i followed the steps they told me and connection was stablished instantly.

Duet display’s design very clean easy to use does its job well and above all, its support service is “can’t complaint”. Not many software companies can provide same day support service helping me to troubleshoot my connectivity issue for few hours and get to the bottom of the issues. Similar situation, I am sure people must have google for solution on the web without end including apple support forum and at the end they found themselves in a dead end. But Duet guys did a great job. I am not sur

It just works. I found that the 60 fps default setting slowed down my system too much — it’s worth fiddling a bit with the fps and dimensions to optimize screen size vs. system load. Fair enough.

Pretty great, delivers as promised with prompt customer service if necessary. Happy customer

Duet is a great tool for being on the road. Working with one screen is just not efficient Duet allows you to be efficient. Customer Support is A+++++.

This app is fantastic. It’s easy to set up and quality of the secondary display is extremely high (I don’t notice a difference). The customer service team is also very responsive and incredibly helpful.

nice app! but its very expensive for student

Customer service was not able to help resolve wired connection for the display. Wireless is laggy and has input delay, which is not viable for me to have. All customer help did was make sure I had the latest versions of the app downloaded and the right hardware, when it still didn’t work, they just stopped responding to my emails. If I have to pay for this app, why should I subscribe if I can’t be sure it would work right for me? I have no way to troubleshoot on my own with the free trial expire
