Bring back last year/last month

Love your app. I use it every day! Please bring back last month last year so it’s easy to compare kilowatts from this month bill to the same timeframe last year. It used to be in the app and it’s gone. Thank you.

No access every time I log in

Every time I try to log in I have to restart password. It’s been like that for months. Irte kind of annoying as I don’t get why it keep happening even after every update

Good app but cost per day is not accurate

The cost per day calculation for gas usage is still incorrect in the billing section of the app. It shows a cost per day that far exceeds the actual usage. I submitted feedback in the app but the people on the other end don’t understand the problem. Maybe this review will make it to a developer or someone that can investigate the error. Otherwise the app seems pretty good.

Guys & gals, GREAT job getting the power back up after Helena Must have a major b___h! Here in Merck and surrounding counties. Easy to use

First I am legally blind. I have had lots of experience with different apps and dealt with customer service for years. The Duke employees have always been very pleasant and eager to help. I can easily find my account info and pay my bill. I signed up for notifications so I get TEXTs when there are outages. That way I don’t have to do anything. They send updates until the power is back on! I think the app is great.

Easy bill pay

The greatest convenience about this app is being able to pay my bill without having to go anywhere and also without having to pay a website convenience fee.

Features removed!!

Why was the “last month/last year” comparison removed? It was very nice to compare this months usage against that. Please bring that back. If not can you at least maintain a set number of billing days each period? Currently some months are 29 days and others are 31.

Would be a 5 star review…if only

I never used to have this problem with this app until approximately 6 months ago. Every single time I try to log in, it says there’s a problem with my credentials and forces me to change my password. EVERY SINGLE TIME!! It’s infuriating! Please fix this!!

Quit complaining folks

I do not understand petty complaints. Obviously many have not lived in remote areas where it takes days to get a normal outage repaired. I had Duke Energy in Central FL over 40 years, way back to when it was called, before Progress Energy. Florida Power . I never once found complaint with my service. Not usable

I forgot my password and immediate tried to use the ‘forgot password’ after one try of logging in. While waiting for a code (that I never received) I refresh the page and it tells me I’ve been locked out for 30 minutes. I’m just trying to change my password to pay my stupid bill. I’ve been locked out for “30 minutes” for now going on 2 hours. How does that work?

Couldnt log in before but it works now

Updating my review. But previously i couldnt log in and there was no report of a mobile service outage. Just tried it now and was able to log in.

Easy and helpful

Anything I’ve needed to do, I did on the app or it connected me with a REAL PERSON that knew exactly what was up. Reporting outages has gotten actual results every time, including once when they called me 5min after the report to get someone out there to help. Made moving easy, made asking dumb questions easy, made paying the bill easy. Other areas may be different but I love this app for mine (western NC)

non-accessible for the blind

I am blind, are use a screen reader called voiceover on my phone, I need to move into Florida, I have duke energy, I can’t login to the app because when I type the letters on the typing, apparently something on your end keeps putting in the different letters than what I’m typing, it’s not my phone, because I have no problems with the with other apps that I use typing in my email, a.k.a. username, and password. Please make the app accessible for the blind.

Lowered my bill

Between tracking my usage on this app and the free energy audit that Duke offers, I was able to figure out some DIY home improvement strategies that lowered my annual bill by about 25% and $300 even though they did a rate increase.

Great app but recently won’t remember my login

I’ve been using this app for a long time and really like it but recently it’s like it doesn’t save my login info. Every time I open the app I have to go into my passwords on the phone and then Duke seems to “remember” my login. What’s up with that?! It’s super annoying.

Needs 2FA and opt out option for “Customer Disclosure Authorization and Disclaimer”

It is 2024 online security is at an all time low. Everyone uses and recommends 2FA. So please add 2FA so we can better secure our accounts! Also stop asking me to review/agree to the "Customer Disclosure Authorization and Disclaimer" every time I startup the app. I do not want to agree! There should be a decline and do not ask again button as it is optional and scummy service anyways!

No Longer View History?

With the new update, I can no longer view my history past the last month. I have only lived in my place for less than a year and wanted to compare usage/ temperatures, etc. as I am on a fixed income. Any chance of reinstating this feature? I also had a very high spike that I wanted to show my landlord but, alas, it’s gone. ..
