I play this exclusively against the Ai and find it quite fun and addictive. Excellent production value like all Dire Wolf games.

I own Dune Uprising but not imperium. Uprising was so good that I wanted the ability to play it whenever I felt like it. My only concern was that the base game would not be as good as uprising. After playing a dozen times, I can say that I’ve thoroughly enjoyed each game. I’ve also learned a lot about strategy by facing the AI opponents. If I could only pick one digital board game, this would be the one.

Interface is great, game plays very well. Hoping they add pass and play soon so that I can play with my spouse!

Great game but unable to play without Game Center enabled. And lockdown mode disables Game Center and thereby disables the ability to play dune.

DI is obsoleted by the much better balanced Uprising. When can we see it?

It is a deck building game and many cards are in the master deck, available to be added to your deck in the game. You won’t get through the master deck in a single game of Dune, which means the replay value is very high, because the cards in the master deck that you have available to add to your deck, determine how the game proceeds.

I’ve never seen a dune movie, but that hasn’t stopped me from loving this game. Seeing Direwolf is basically a seal of approval.

This is a great boardgame adaptation, minus 1star cause the tutorial was not enough to learn to play.

Really great game. I felt it was challenging to learn at first, but now it’s not so bad. Lots of fun ways to win the games, and each win feels great. I’m addicted.

Needs a pass and play feature but otherwise well made.

Finally got my first win on EASY and I feel like I have so much more to learn. This game is fascinatingly complex and well-balanced and after every game I’m thinking about things that I probably should have done differently. I’m watching strategy videos on YT and figuring out how to be more efficient with my agents and reveal phase. Just an amazing strategy game and I’m so appreciative to have it digitally because the board game would likely take too long to play for my instant-gratification f

I love when board games get released on iPad. I have bought as many as I see on here, and 25% of the time it leads to me buying the tabletop. After playing this a few times, buying the board game was a no-brainer. It’s excellent. I actually got Dune Imperium Uprising, since it is the same game but seems to have more features. I will be playing it tonight with family and friends for the first time, and thanks to this app, I am confident I can teach the rules and gameplay to them in no time!

Good app for a pretty complicated game with lots of cards and pieces. Wondering if the expansions are coming to the app anytime

This game not only plays smoothly with intuitive manipulation of the components, but I love that its layout is almost exactly like the actual table top game. Some digital implementations of board games lean more towards graphics and visuals; and while those games play well and are aesthetically pleasing, I personally love it when the digital version follows the table top layout. This game is spot on with great layout and controls. Beautiful!

This is an amazing board game. The resources and characters are so abundant that I can play the game all day. BUT it seems the Chinese fonts are not always correctly shown on the panel on almost every platform. Sometimes it shows the traditional Chinese fonts and sometimes it is just a blank box. I guess this problem originates from Unity. I hope you can fix it in later updates.

What would it take to stop this game from crashing at the end of the game? Happens pretty often when play online with friends. Game is great, but man how hard is it figure out the problem?

It plays just like the board game, it’s very efficient and very detailed, and easy to play 10 out of 10 would recommend.. I bought two copies just to have it on different devices, if that tells you anything!

Pro- Great game. Good tutorial, great user interface great ai. Atmosphere is here with great sound effects. Cons- No play and pass mode. Can’t make locations larger? There’s seems to still be a bug where you can’t expand the cards in your hand for viewing causing some misplace if you forget the reveal effects.

This game is such a jip. I’ve played it almost 30 times and only won once even though I’ve finished multiple games with above 12 VP. But if the computer gets 10VP then the games over. The game is so geared toward the computer winning it’s not fun all the time. It seems well designed but is so awfully geared towards the computers that it loses its fun.
