I was skeptical at first, but I dove in and gave it a shot. Great and addictive puzzle game that you can literally pickup and drop down at any moment. *beware the spider I ended up enjoying the game so much to at I paid for the Ad free version and bought the second game.

Okay first of all, the first time I played this game was way back when it was first out, and that was on my mums phone cuz I didn’t have a nickname yet. Second thing, this is my first ever review and I HAVE to leave one because this is such an awesome game. I was never once bored or disappointed by anything in the game, the story ate, the design slayed, the entire concept was so awesome, the puzzles were SO COOL I literally forced my friends to download this and Yeah I really love this

I love the game so far and plan to try v2 when done. But on iOS my iPad Magic Keyboard arrow keys always result in two hops (as if I hit them twice). Same thing on another iPad. I can’t find any support link at the website, so I’m posting here. Game controller not as nice as keyboard because of analog sticks.

I’ve never written a review on the App Store but I had the feeling that this game shouldn’t go off of my mind without getting one. Best mobile game I’ve ever touched and sought out to the end.

Please make more apps JUST like this and take my money

Honestly I LOVE puzzle games and dungeons and dragon type games, I love a good story with a little humor and I don’t require high def graphics, I loved this game from start to finish, I actually finished it in three days with breaks in between and I have to really thank the developers, artists, tech guys, yall are amazing and I hope if yall ever band together for more games down the line then I’ll more than likely play, I know it’s been more than two years since this game but I’m still gonna giv

The game is so fun and has such unique mechanics that I have never seen anywhere else. The game is the right level of challenging with hints in case you get stuck. The solutions to the levels are so creative and unique it makes every level feel like a new game. Dungeons of Dreadlock is one of my favorite games and consumed my life for a week straight while I played through it. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a good mobile game or just a great game in general.

I normally dont enjoy many phone games, especially p2w games. I’m 36 now, and this game scratched an itch I didn’t know I had. I was happy to buy this game. I think I bought it two years ago, and I just beat it. Not that it takes that long. I would just forget about it and hop back on. I just loved it for the fact it was a well put together puzzle game, with creative surprises. Good little music and graphics, story was okay, lots of humorous moments. If they make another game I’d buy it.

There aren’t a lot of games that I comes back to over and over again but this is definitely one of them. I’m obsessed with the unique puzzles and the story is just perfect. This game is the perfect blend of challenging and puzzling. It’s definitely worth the download!

Game is cute and fun, it's a neat idea, the puzzles are cool. But the controls are way too imprecise for the timing necessary. I was getting more and more frustrated until finally at level...25, I think? With the gnome triggering trap doors in a pattern? I was able to make it to the center trap door once. Just once. After another ten tries, I gave up before I got any more frustrated, life is too short, it's not worth it.

I rarely write (positive lol) reviews, but this game is captivating as fuhhhh. The puzzles, the cute animations, the amazing voice/narrating, the meta humor… seriously frickin kudos for this creation amidst a sea of soulless garbage plaguing the App Store. I played through the whole thing without a hint, as most of it is very intuitive and trial and error based. But yeah every puzzle is satisfying. The ads were fine. Logically placed and skippable after a few sec. Just appreciate the game’s free

This is a great game, fun and not overly complicated. It was exactly what I was looking for.

I don’t think I have ever written an app review. I downloaded to pass some down time here and there but got so engrossed in the story and gameplay it was hard to put down. Fantastic throwback style game with unique, challenging puzzles and action. Very, very fun.

I give 4/5 only because after the last dungeon you could have given it more I finished in 24 hrs and kinda wanna see what happens now that the dungeon king is dead

This is by far the most complete and well-made mobile dungeon crawler I have played. The puzzles are clever without being annoyingly obvious or complicated. Some of the puzzle designs surprised me in a delightful way. The story element adds nice depth to the game and feels like a complete, well-written little story. There are 100 levels total, all of which take ~2-5 minutes to solve, so at the very quickest, the game will take about 3.5 hrs to beat. The ads are not intolerable, but for me, $1.

When iPhones and iPads started gaining a lot of traction I enjoyed playing numerous games, but the availability of quality games gradually declined until I never picked up these devices to play games. I would browse lists and search online for reviews during travel periods, but kept coming up short - until Dreadrock!!!!! Best puzzle game I have played in years, and it combines the classic gridbased movement system (in a top-down view instead) from my favorite classics Dungeon Master and Legend

cuz it’s perfect in every way this game has ruined mobile games for me because everything else I play will be a disappointment compared to this can’t wait to see what the developer makes in the future

The controls aren’t sensing enough and make the game difficult for quick moments near for game play. Otherwise the game is great storyline , puzzles, etc

I couldn’t stop playing. If you make a sequel I would be extremely happy. Please keep developing games, you did a great job.

Game is SO FUN! Only really really hard…like REALLY hard on level 21 I was sweating head from toe I was shaking with anger had to watch videos to beat

I just played through the entire game with one sitting. With ads. Worth every second. Really clever how you turned Sokoban into a multi-floor puzzle. Haven’t seen that before. Thank you for your effort!

Best mobile game I have ever played! I couldn’t believe how good this was. I will say the controls are difficult and if you switch them it glitches. Also an add every time you go down a dungeon gets annoying after a while but they gotta make money. Overall this game is great! I just couldn’t get over that it was a free mobile game!

this game is like a 5 course meal ngl its so insanely good, and ads are very few (no ads is an option for $2.99). i just got this game today and i can already say i am in love!!

It boggles my mind that this game is $2.00. I can’t even do a load of laundry for that price. The level design is excellent and fair. You’re encouraged to experiment and the solutions are logical (with the _possible_ exception of when the shovel is used. But I’m not convinced it wasn’t my fault for not paying attention to the text.) This is well worth paying to have the ads removed and I look forward to more from this team.

This game was a blast to play. 8-10 hours easy and a decent story. Pay for the no-ads version early. I wasn’t sure how many levels so waited until lvl 40. There are 99 levels though so worth the cost.

A true labor of love and good engineering. Lovely art, great puzzles (though I don’t usually like real-time), and an unexpectedly good story! DoDR is a dungeon puzzler though; I wish I could buy a dungeon crawler on the same engine!

Best dungeon crawler I’ve played in years. The puzzles were intriguing, the gameplay was polished, and the mechanics were clever. Spend the $1.99 to drop the ads. It’s worth it. Can’t wait for this dev to make another game!

This is really a great game of skill and puzzle solving, I enjoyed all 100 levels immensely!!

宝藏游戏，强烈推荐，玩起来很紧张，代入感很强。部分关卡有点难，比较考验操作，加上控制方式略微欠缺，玩起来有点难受，希望可以固定摇杆。操作轮盘会遮挡道具，设置和提示等按键不应该在左侧，视觉上很难受，可以把道具放在左侧，摇杆放在右侧。最后一点建议就是关卡太少，是不是可以加点玩家自制等功能，可以大大增加可玩性，希望有更多好玩的机关。期待更新或下一代作品🤣

Level 58 when you push the Minotaur through the green portal that brings you back to the surface there’s a cutscene where if you go through the portal the Minotaur crushes a few elders and then the elders zap you. I love the cutscene but it won’t stop looping and you have to reload a save to restart the level.

This game was absolutely awesome. It was so much fun. A game like this is rare on mobile. The ads were annoying but $1.99 to remove them was more than fair. Honestly I would have paid more because the game is just that good. I was able to beat most levels without help but some of them were just to hard for me to figure out and I had to use hints. I wish that I would have not used any though because I wanted the game to last longer. I hope you make a sequel or another game with a similar p

This game is very, very good. The story gets deeper and more exciting as you progress while the puzzles retain a good amount of difficulty without getting too easy or too hard.

As far as mobile games, this is one of the best. I downloaded it because I needed something to do on a long flight. Had no idea I would get so invested in this charming little puzzle/dungeon crawler game.

“All men must die is a true statement” - The True or False level Also ads every time I go down a flight of stairs is insane. Doesn’t matter that they’re skippable.
