Duo Mobile App Reviews

I use this app much more than I would like. It works.

DUO comes in handy in a pinch when it comes to protecting your personal accounts, however, the amount of times you’re prompted to prove you are who you are through DUO can be a little troublesome at times, especially if you’ve ever had to delete the app to free up some space on your device, only to realize you’re now locked out of your account and have no free memory on your device to redownload the DUO mobile app.

Works. I do feel like in the past few weeks it’s been a lot slower to ping to my phone. Like maybe a minute long after I send a push from my computer

Duo is awesome. It is super user-friendly. I just have one suggestion that would be super helpful. Adding a widget that can be added to the home screen. Being able to accept a push from a widget rather than having to open and close the app saves so much time. And it would make it less frustrating to log into accounts.

My company disabled push notifications making it more annoying to go into the app to add the code. Please make an automatic updating widget like the google authentication app

I like the third party support and restore features

I’m not sure what all the fuss is about… It’s really not that bad! If you know how to use it, which it’s pretty self explanatory, and you use it properly, it works great! Definitely recommend!

App works fine, don’t judge it by the <2 star reviews. People are more likely to voice their opinion if they are inconvenienced in anyway shape or form or perhaps they just have a lower attention span of a kid.

Works great for my company to access servers

Facebook recommended this or google authenticator, and I clicked the first (this app). It’s doing fine for my two factor authentication on Facebook. Sounds like a bunch of freshman’s don’t know how to work an iPhone in these reviews.

Not sure what all the bad reviews are about. I use this for work almost daily and the UI is intuitive and works really easily on my iPhone

This is amazing app! Always keep you codes printed at home in a safe place! If you loose your phone you can still have the printed papers to recover you accounts. I really recommend this app.

Use this for everything I can that offers multi-factor authentication. Works consistently well.

I created an account a long time ago and have never been able to log into it again.

The app is all fine and the update made it better, except that you can’t swipe down on the screen to refresh it. You have to close the app and re-open it if your notification isn’t there.

Switch the yes and no buttons. I keep hitting the wrong one.

After update to iOS 15 push notifications no longer display Approve or Deny from lock screen.
