Geofence

It really only works if the bus driver has the AVL GPS enabled. It would also be really nice if you could set a geo fence boundary on the map and it will send you an alert you when the bus enters that boundary so you know when to send your kids to the bus stop.

Latency, Unexplained Outages

The bus gets “stuck” and doesn’t move on the map because the system doesn’t update accurately or more frequently enough. This is a daily occurrence. Then suddenly the bus will jump forward in the route by a huge distance. Sometimes restarting the app works and you can get the latest bus position. Just this past week, you couldn’t even log into the app for two consecutive days. No explanation or warning. And of course it had to be on two of the coldest mornings of the year!

Frustrating

The app does not work when I am connected to Wi-Fi on my iPhone. I have to disconnect from work and use cellular data only to get it to work. Kind of frustrating, especially when trying to get kids off to school in the morning

SSL errors

Not helpful when you can’t log in. Keep getting SSL ERRORS and no way to report it. This app works about as much as it doesn’t.
