Thankyou babes for having such great customer service fir my sister in laws first time

The app takes a while too open. And I feel like ordering ahead a customized drink is limited. I can’t order a half caf. I can’t order a kids chocolate milk. Can’t order flavored soft top. You can’t use points to order ahead either. This is a bummer for someone who just wants to pick up a quick coffee before work.

The staff are always so friendly and helpful. They always make sure that your drink is done to perfection.

That app is easy to use and nave around through just wish it had to option to customize the way you would if you ordered from the window. Things like a double blend or soft top/sweet cream in all drinks not just some.

I just love Dutch Bros that was the best thing that could’ve happened to me.

I’ve been going to the Dutch @ 2155 Precinct line rd Hurst TX for years. And I sincerely Not express the amazing people there, not only is the coffee my favorite , but the baristas there are the sweetest, they automatically know my order and treat us with love and respect. Best Place and People . Hope they get the Recognition they deserve.

Love this location but do not like that the app doesn’t let you customize the GINGER bread drink. It was bland and had no other flavors as stated on the description

This app is so easy to use. And (gasp) you can see the menu without having to start an order!!! They know what they’re doing. Also, notifications about merch drops & points for free drinks = win.

Great coffee and the best customer service at every location and we travel to many different cities and states.

I would love to say that this app has no flaws but i seem to be having a problem signing up. See i do everything, i put my name and phone number but then it sends a verification email to the wrong person. The person they send it to is a person i don’t even know. I would like to be given a chance to actually use the app but i can’t because they send a verification email to a different person. I know this will probably be buried and the people who read this will not see it but please let me change

Since this app came out, the point return for purchase has gotten worse and worse. I remember the days of paper stamp cards, 1 free drink for every 10 purchased. The ‘reward’ return is abysmal now, just another company squeezing as much money as possible out of consumers. A problem across industries undoubtedly but it’s a shame to see here.

The drinks are great and they have a large selection of sugar-free drinks, hot and cold. I love to stop there when I have the time.

Dutch has been my go to place for coffee and for my rebel drinks, I love the staff they always give their smiles and always will try to talk to you. The Dutch near 60 in higley and the one near 202 in higley is my 2 favorite places! Keep up the good work! ☺️🙏🏻

I don’t shop at places where the crew is not feeling fun and friendly. Meaning I’ve been places where you can cut the tension with a knife. I don’t go back to those places. Keep up the good hiring techniques. ❤️

It’s nice using the app to see new drink ideas/specials, but really inconvenient that you cannot order ahead thru the app like advertised. I can’t find a single location in the app that takes online orders…what’s the point of adding that feature if you can’t use it?!
