Why can’t BP make an app that works consistently

As soon as I pulled up to the pump I knew I was going to have a problem. With the old BP app, the canopy would sometimes interfere with communication between the app and the pump. That may have been the problem today but this time I got an error message, couldn’t even sign in. I realize things happen beyond one’s control but your track record isn’t good.

We’re getting there

Love the user interface of this app compared to the BPme app, but I can’t give it 5 stars until it finds a way to provide car wash codes. I still have to use both apps at the moment. Not a fan of that.
