Love the app when I can get into it
Love the app except after I got another phone and I cannot sign into the app now. Website offers no assistance and faq section does not apply to not being able to log into the app. I would love to continue using g it IF I could sign back into it.

Been Buggy
Didn’t used to have too many issues with this app, but lately it’s stopped working at the pump. I go to unlock a pump, it preauthorizes my card, loading circle happens, and it sends me back to the main “pick a pump” screen. This happens repeatedly. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but it still happens. Yes, I could use my linked card to still get the discount (I’ve had to because of this issue), but what I loved about using the app was it only puts a $1 hold on your bank account an

It worked fine for me for months, saved a lot of points. Now all of a sudden, my points dont add up and i cant even use the points that i have saved FOR MONTHS…

Why can’t BP make an app that works consistently
As soon as I pulled up to the pump I knew I was going to have a problem. With the old BP app, the canopy would sometimes interfere with communication between the app and the pump. That may have been the problem today but this time I got an error message, couldn’t even sign in. I realize things happen beyond one’s control but your track record isn’t good.
We’re getting there
Love the user interface of this app compared to the BPme app, but I can’t give it 5 stars until it finds a way to provide car wash codes. I still have to use both apps at the moment. Not a fan of that.

Fuel prices
Don’t list fuel prices like the thortons app did
Won’t let me pay
The last few times I’ve tried to pay for gas it takes me through all the steps and at the last minute says there’s something wrong with my payment method. Mind you my bank has already sent me notification that it has approved the purchase but it just doesn’t complete the transaction. The only good thing is that I can use my card and still get the discount, it’s just more of a hassle.
