No camera
not showing a camera/video in the app or the window for it. I’ve deleted the app, restarted the phone turned off the power on the device itself. still nothing. This just started happening this week it’s very odd
Works surprisingly well
Got the kit on Amazon for $10. Was not expecting the camera to work this well. It’s actually pretty neat to see inside your own ear. The app worked on the first try for me. It does use WiFi to transmit data from the scope so you’ll lose WiFi internet while using the tool.
Not Bad
It really isn’t bad as you think. The only issue I have is the battery life of the tool.
Great at first, but now it doesn’t work
It was easy to set up, easy to use and worked great for the first 3 months.
It died and I didn’t need it for a bit so I left it alone and covered in the medicine cabinet.
Needed it so charged it and now the camera doesn’t work. Not damaged, did everything to get the app to work, camera still doesn’t work.
So I guess if there’s not continue use it stops all together.
Works well, a lil cheap tho.
I absolutely love it, i've had it for a couple months now and it works just as good. the camera quality looks amazing and it zooms in really close. my only problem is the metal scoop thing at the end of it, it bends very easily. i still love it!

No instructions how to change out accessories and continually drops connection
Worked for a week then stopped.
It worked super well, and used it about 3 or 4 times before it wouldn't connect anymore.

It took a minute to get the tool to connect to the app but once it connected it worked great!!!

As a matter of fact it was too easy to connect. Very simple layout as well.

Camera is better then others removers I’ve used. And the silicone is a nice thing. It’s still uncomfortable and obviously cheaply made which is why 4 not 5 but it’s the best wax remove/camera on one I’ve used. So overall I’m very happy

No longer working
I’ve been using this for a while and all of a sudden the device won’t connect to my phone. I tried troubleshooting and still not working. Please fix this issue because I really like using the device!!
