Amazing app I highly recommend

This app is amazing! I loved having it for the surgeons and nurses to communicate and send pictures and videos during my 4 month olds open heart surgery. It made me feel comforted and like I was with her in the OR.

Easy to sign up, easy to use.

This app has given us so much peace of mind as our newborn had to stay in the NICU and CVICU after birth.

My son’s nurse said that their app updated, and now everytime I try to screenshot it’s completely white!

At first when the nicu staff helped me with this I could screenshot the photos they sent of my son. And after a while it started turning completely white and I was devastated because I can’t make it to the nicu everyday. I randomly tried to screenshot today and it worked!!!! That made me extremely happy because it gives me a peace of mind to be able to see my micropreemie throughout the day/night

Kept updating though out entire procedure. I never experienced anything like this during any other times my wife was in the operating room. Thank you very much

This app is amazing! Being able to stay updated on my babies care when I can’t be at the hospital with him is really helpful to decrease stress. Also allowing family members to receive updates to helps them feel better too. It’s super easy to use, reminds me of Snapchat. This was definitely a game changer for families that have loved ones in the hospital.

This app was awesome. As a parent being away from your child it made me feel so comfortable and the name speaks for itself-at ease

Wow, great experience with this app during our 3 yr old son hernia surgery. Kept my wife at ease, because she was super stressed. Thank God for this app it kept her at ease and less stressed.

We were given this app during My husbands recent surgery This kept us informed to his status and how things are going along This is somewhat comforting to have and it will tell us when he is out of his procedure I guess. Every place should use this. Thanks ,

On the day our daughter had her surgery I opened my app before my wife and they connected me and when they tried to connect her it turned out they can only connect with one person and that person can add people UNLESS the procedure has already started which as soon as they connect to you, it already has. So have one person be the lead and list everyone else that wants updates under your phone and then connect to the procedure.

I would like to express my gratitude to the Children Mercy hospital for the convenience provided to us using the Easy app. It's very reassuring when you're expecting your child from the operating room. This is a really great idea!

This app is great. It is very comforting get notifications as the surgery is going on and then finished.

This app was amazing. It kept my whole family informed in real time through my entire operation. Didn’t have to bug my wife once!!!

My only gripe is if your distracted with something and the message times out your screwed. I was asking a nurse where I needed to go and the message expired and I lost the room number before I screenshot it. It would be nice to see a history of messages as things change fast in a hospital and rooms change

Wasn’t sure what to expect with this app. Liked it a lot. Really helps family go through the waiting process. Had one period with no update for over 2 hrs,, it had us on the edge of our seats with worry. But over all is a very good thing to have. Thank you!

My daughter had a procedure today, and this app gave us live updates from the procedure room as they did things. It was simple to install and start. Simple to add people to, who could also see the updates. And cut my anxiety in half about my baby going under anesthesia.

This app is the greatest! I received all the information I needed as they were doing surgery on my wife!!!!

My experience was extraordinary in communicating with the doctors during my son's appendicitis operation. Thank you Doctors, thank you ease.

Loved having the ability to see real time updates without having to continually ask the staff how things were going. The only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars is because you don’t have the ability to go back and re read the messages after you have reacted to them. Having severe anxiety, I have to go back and re read things to have them make sense. Other than that, it was so helpful to receive regular updates from the operating room.

My wife had a Heart procedure today and from our arrival at 5:AM until she was assigned a room we were informed of every step in the process including a pre and post surgery meeting with the Doctor and all the personal involved. Very impressive indeed! This is a very upscale medical facility!

Excellent service to provide real time updates and ease of mind while waiting for my son's surgery. The updates provided relief and reassurance in between communications with the doctors and nurses. Thank you! Also great name it was just that... an EASE in what can be a stressful situation.

Love it, only draw back is you must have the app staring at you in order to receive notifications that you have a new message.

This was such a great thing to have to be kept up to date as each process was done during surgery! I the app worked great with no delay! Felt good to be that close to the process of the providers!
