There is a new feature with in flight shopping; to get the right inflight shopping magazine I need to check my flight number; the app gives exemples; now I am sure of my flight number. Problem is that from there I need to "guess" one of 3 flags; ch, uk or eu. Problem is I have a ch-eu flight... what flag should I check ? I'll buy inflight ... another time. In reality inflight should as for my flight number and "automatically" open the currect inflight magazine.

I like to know wha kind of aircraft I will be flying in and can’t seem to find anywhere in booking process.

The booking choices are very complicated. No matter which choice I selected I couldn’t get the right combination of seats and baggage allowance I wanted. Very very frustrating!!!

It’s an airline app. It’s snappy. It just … works. Didn’t think this was possible - what sorcery is this ?!!?!!?! Seriously though, congrats to the team that worked on this. 🙌🏻

The airplane was clean and a very comfortable ride. The assisted carrier/concierge were very helpful and pleasant as well as attentive by making sure we catch our plane. The stewardesses were awesome and attentive as well very polite with a smile. Thank you for an amazing and comfortable trip to Paris.

Easyjets web site is impossible to use but their app is great.

This app is super easy and fast.

Only wish is they would allow you to create an account with the app. Otherwise wry intuitive

We booked our flight with vouchers but it will only allow one voucher to be used. I have 2 vouchers, one of them was accepted while the other had to be discarded.

I enjoy the cheap flights….not a fan of nickel and dime everything…. I use easy jet only because it is convenient for certain locations…but don’t enjoy the cattle herding style.

Very convenient and really easy to use.

The interface is cluttered with ads and not intuitive. Getting to my boarding pass should be 1-2 clicks, not 6-7.

So fast, efficient and easy to navigate. Easyjet is truly taking care of their customers by giving them access to their itineraries. I could easily give this more than 5 stars.

I am very impressed with the ease of this app, and how user friendly it is. Probably the best air travel app I have ever used.

Not easy to add it or select it

Haven’t used it tons but so far so good.

Bag drop is relatively easy. Recommend buying “plus” ticket if you plan carry-on for the usual get your case in nearby storage for flight. Food was available for purchase and not bad (ham & cheese toastie) for airline fare.

This is my first time flying with easy jet and it could not have gone any better. The ease of using the app to purchase the ticket was very positive. I would definitely use the again.

I like flying with easyJet because the cost is always reasonable and the quality of service is not compromised.

Many apps give you a really hard time getting to where you need to go. Not this one! It is quick, concise and easy to use. The prices are good, the indications clear, in short, everything you could possibly ask for.

Advertised €7 to select a seat but charged €21 at check out (one way ticket). Do not fall for this.
