I love eaze so bad they are so convenient for my busy schedule.

I love Eaze there selection is so good the only problem I have is the time frame especially if they deliver every where they should invest in having only drivers that live in the city that the deliveries are going to might make it easier

The app boasts a user-friendly design with a clear layout, making navigation a breeze. However, the process of adding items to the cart and proceeding to checkout could use some refinement for a smoother experience. On the positive side, the app regularly offers attractive weekly deals that are quite a draw. The delivery drivers are commendable for their pleasant demeanor, although the delivery time estimates tend to be imprecise, often deviating by an hour or two.

Even in the late hour, the diver was polite and pleasant.

The app doesn’t update you on your order. I waited for an hour and a half and the only update I received was to tell me my order was cancelled and the stores were now closed. And good luck using live chat help support - fun fact: you aren’t really taken to live chat, but rather given help options to choose from. If none of them are close to your problem then you won’t be helped.

App is pretty smooth most of the time, a lot of discounts n sometimes they even send you a discount on top of that! Order many times through eaze and so far no complaints at all, so glad they started accepting debit card as well

A friend of mine recommended Eaze. I was a bit skeptical at first not knowing if it would be legit but every order and interaction has been so positive! I like that I can take my time deciding on what I want to get and that I don’t have to go anywhere to get my order. You won’t be disappointed!!!
