Please add Garmin Varia radar integration. This is an area where my Specialized Turbo bike is ahead of my Bosch powered bike. It’s right there on the main screen with all my critical information. Notifications are integrated with my Turbo sounds and haptics. It just feels safer that way.

I just rode my bike 1.3mph faster than my previous or average rides...i was so excited to see my results in details and when i open the records to see my improvement etc etc,nonly the distance is recorded and it also says 100% which i didn't use it all everytime im trying to see my pr. can you do something about that?

Still love that they allow firmware updates by the end user and don’t require it to be taken into the shop to update! This latest update is failing on the rail again. Hope they can fix it again & troubleshoot this before release next time. After waiting a day it updated.

Completely locked out of the app because I can’t make a single key id. Not sure if the website is struggling or what. A roundabout way to make an account.

Great app. Previous versions always connected to the blue tooth and provided an instant digital key to unlock e-bike. I simply left the app on in background all the time and away I would go. Latest version requires restart of app before turning on bike to allow connectivity

I love Bosch motors, and have a couple bikes with them. However, I can only use this app with one bike. That’s a bummer. I mount my phone in portrait orientation, but the Bosch ride mode won’t rotate that way, so I don’t use it. Also a bummer.

I have a new Tern HSD S11 Gen 2. I have an IPhone 15 pro with iOS 17.1. The phone is set to Cal time but the Flow app display on my bike only shows German time, 8 hours ahead. Strange bug that Bosch and the dealer have not been able to fix. Other than this annoying bug, app works pretty well.

Ride recording and uploading to Strava now works as intended. All the modes can be managed from here, rather than having to go to your dealer. I can’t think of anything else that this app lacks.

I love the app but the latest Flow version displays “Unknown error” every time you power cycle the bike while the speedometer screen is displayed.

The app is great, but it is mind blowing that it merely shows your heart rate, but doesn’t actually record it. What’s the deal with that? I really want to love this app, but it just doesn’t make sense that I can’t review my heart rate data after a ride and can’t upload my heart rate data to my Strava. I can’t be the only one who wants this???

I just went from a specialized e-bike ti a trek e-bike. I miss a couple of things in The Specialized app. 1. Having the information in portrait as it’s the only way to mount my phone holder. 2. Knowing how long I spent in each mode each ride. I like to to be able to track my progress. It doesn’t help me knowing how much time I spent in each mode for the life of my bike. Otherwise, it’s fine.

A very inconsistent and inconvenient app. Crashes often. Fails to connect to the bike often, which locks the rider out.

I have had the Bosch kiosk for the 3 years and every time I do the software update it fails multiple times. Fix it now. Very frustrating as I have tried all of the recommended fixes and nothing works.

I’ve had the app for about 6 months now. One key feature that is working only 10% of the time is the heart rate integration with Apple Watch. When it does not work, I can start a workout with my watch, and then after a few minutes the Flow app will read my heart rate. Otherwise, it does not work. My support ticket to Bosch has not been answered. Other features seem to work good.

I started my ride and thinking something had changed. A few minutes later, I look to see my average speed and find it is gone! What? Why? I scrolled through the screens but cannot find it. They moved the Range where the Average Speed used to be. Why? Where the range was, next to the battery, is now a stupid lozenge to show what mode you are in. Who cares? And really, the range could be there as well. There is enough room. Please return the average speed.
