Much better experience today!! Chargers work and free!! Consider shade over charging stations

The app is fantastic but often times there’s a long wait because the chargers are not always working because they’re unavailable so fix the chargers, reduce the wait better experience

Chargers are often out of order I had to join another platform although I prefer Electrify

This company is great only when the chargers work! It is definitely a hit or miss but when it’s good it’s good but when it’s bad it’s BAD.

Easy to use and makes sense once you get the hang of it after 2 or 3 uses!

So many stations being put in. They are especially convenient at Walmarts. I hope the trend to building more stations continues.

What happened to charger’s and why were we not notified of it ? Or were we and I just have not seen it yet ?

I recently bought a Ioniq 5 all electric vehicle. I included a plan of free charging at Electrify Charging Stations for two years. I love the fact that I don’t have to pay for charging; but the problem is finding Electrify charging stations, then a charger that works. There are two Electrify charging stations within a 7 mile radius of my home. Usually there is a wait for a charger to become available because at each location, there are only four chargers available at a given time; and often one

The App is good, but the charging network needs a little help.

When the Chargers are working properly electrify America is a no brainer. Tesla Superchargers here in Oahu are too expensive about $0.64 cents per KWH and be ready to spent 2hrs in line. Electrify America has been my solution for fast charging for over a year. Wish they chargers were more reliable. So far after the technician came and update the chargers they have been working great.

The app works great as is. I wish it had a trip planner feature where I could type in my desired location and it tell me ev stations along the way. Apple Maps does this, but Apple Maps doesn’t display how many stations are available like this app does.

The app works great, I haven’t run into any bugs or anything! I do wish there were more charging stations around and the app needs to alert people of the $50 hold charge when you use the charging station without the membership! Other than that it’s pretty great.

Unfortunately the App is very often not accurate. it shows chargers as available which are actually taken; it also shows non working chargers as available. This is a general problem with Electrify America that their chargers are constantly broken and do not work. The whole network seems very unreliable to me

Please spend more effort fixing and maintaining your chargers

I live in Seattle and they don’t update charger availability often enough. A charger will be down and it will say “1/3 available” and it’s actually out of service. Not reliable at all.

The amount of broken electrify America stations in the wild is insane. It takes 2 hours to get through the customer support line to get someone to reboot a station. Electrify has major challenges.
